Simple order, yet somehow it still went wrong for the second time.

I ordered a drink specifically with NO ICE, & it was served with ice again. When I politely refused to accept it & asked for it to be remade, the employee had a noticeable attitude & provided extremely poor customer service.

When she remade the drink, she slammed the cup down on the table, causing some of the drink to splash, & then simply walked away without saying anything.

Mistakes happen that's understandable, especially once. But this is now the second time I've received ice in a no-ice order at this location. What isn't acceptable is the attitude & lack of professionalism when correcting a simple, repeated mistake. I expect better customer service from Starbucks.

They always mess up my orders. Last time I ordered a chai latte & they gave me matcha. They also gave me a hot drink when I clearly ordered an iced drink multiple times. Also they closed way ahead of their closing hours today because of the rain I'm guessing (there were just a few thunders). I don't understand the need to do that but they started kicking everyone out of the store & closed. So I didn't get to get my drink as they started kicking everyone out as I was walking in. For context it was 19h.

Thank God for this Starbucks. I come here every morning & am greeted by Aurea, Jenny & the crew. They are the kindest, most efficient crew ever. I couldn't imagine starting my day anywhere else. Aurea makes THE PERFECT DRINK (no offense to anyone else, love you all) but it's true!!!

The customer service was great, the worker were very nice & they even finished making the drink I ordered in less than a minute. Would recommend!!

I came into the Starbucks January 24, 2026 after a power outage in my neighbourhood. I came into the Starbucks with my son to get something to drink & to charge my phone. I had the pleasure of being served by Chris. He was so friendly & kind. I have never had this level of customer service in my life. Honestly no exaggeration I felt like family. The store was spotless from the dinning area to the washroom. It was a wonderful experience & I will make a point to return again. Thank you Chris for the wonderful experience!

J'aime ben aller a ce starbucks, l'ambiance est cozy pis le staff est gentil. Le café gout tjrs bon, surtout le latte a la citrouille en automne 😍. J'y retourne quand même pcq j'aime leur drinks pis y sont rapides. C'est un des meilleurs Starbucks dans le coin

First Starbucks in Canada that feels American & where you can sit for a long time to chat & drink coffee.

The renovation is awful but the service is still great. I used to be able to sit here & enjoy my coffee. Now there's just a long hard bench with awkward tables or a couple of chairs against the window. But like I said the baristas are still awesome & make good drinks.
