Simple order, yet somehow it still went wrong for the second time.

I ordered a drink specifically with NO ICE, & it was served with ice again. When I politely refused to accept it & asked for it to be remade, the employee had a noticeable attitude & provided extremely poor customer service.

When she remade the drink, she slammed the cup down on the table, causing some of the drink to splash, & then simply walked away without saying anything.

Mistakes happen that's understandable, especially once. But this is now the second time I've received ice in a no-ice order at this location. What isn't acceptable is the attitude & lack of professionalism when correcting a simple, repeated mistake. I expect better customer service from Starbucks.

Quinn is honestly one of the kindest & friendliest people I've ever met at Starbucks! 💚 He was so warm, welcoming, & genuinely thoughtful, & his kindness made the whole experience feel extra special. I had such a great Unicorn Frappuccino experience, but Quinn's amazing attitude & genuine kindness were definitely the highlight. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like him! 🦄✨☕?

They always mess up my orders. Last time I ordered a chai latte & they gave me matcha. They also gave me a hot drink when I clearly ordered an iced drink multiple times. Also they closed way ahead of their closing hours today because of the rain I'm guessing (there were just a few thunders). I don't understand the need to do that but they started kicking everyone out of the store & closed. So I didn't get to get my drink as they started kicking everyone out as I was walking in. For context it was 19h.

This is my go to place after work
it's practically a second home. The coffee is always great, the staff is friendly, & the seating area is super comfortable. It's exactly what I need to unwind.

Manager was extremely rude, had an awful experience at this Starbucks location, which is unlikely as I go multiple times a week. The manager was rude & made me extremely uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location.
