I have been a regular at this Starbucks location for a while now & I've always had a great experience. Everyone I interacted with there is so friendly, kind, professional & efficient. They truly take the time to say hi & make sure you got your order right. Even when I make a mistake in my order, they double check with me (thank you for saving my coffee, Aurea!). Thanks team Queen Mary to make it fun to stop by!
Very bad experience with the employees at this location. Went to order a Travellers pack & got attitude by the server. I didn't get her name but she was sarcastic & gave attitude when asked how long it would take to brew the coffee. She said it takes about 20mins & then smirked & said'next time you should have called it in' with attitude. If your employees are not ready to serve or do not like their job they should quit! Maybe a quick reminder to that employees that customers is what keeps the business open. Working as a Frontline customer service, she should know better that serving your customer with a smile & positive attitude keeps your clientele coming.
I came into the Starbucks January 24, 2026 after a power outage in my neighbourhood. I came into the Starbucks with my son to get something to drink & to charge my phone. I had the pleasure of being served by Chris. He was so friendly & kind. I have never had this level of customer service in my life. Honestly no exaggeration I felt like family. The store was spotless from the dinning area to the washroom. It was a wonderful experience & I will make a point to return again. Thank you Chris for the wonderful experience!

J'aime ben aller a ce starbucks, l'ambiance est cozy pis le staff est gentil. Le café gout tjrs bon, surtout le latte a la citrouille en automne 😍. J'y retourne quand même pcq j'aime leur drinks pis y sont rapides. C'est un des meilleurs Starbucks dans le coin

Ambiances sympa , relax, lieu parfait pour un café pour toute occasion: soirée entre amis ou même rencontre professionelle , grand comptoir style bar avec chaude hautes côtes fenêtre avec grande baie vitre vue sur terrasse extérieure & la grande avenue parfait pour étudier & le café dispose de beaucoup de prises pour charger téléphone, Lap top etc Ajouts récents de prises pour câble type C'. Aussi disponible petites tables individuelle grand banc cuir confortable & au fond chaises en cuir confortable avec petit table coin cosy. Expérience très sympa pour tout âge & à tout moment
Friendly, relaxed vibe - a perfect spot for a coffee, whether it's for a night out with friends or even a professional meeting.
There's a large bar-style counter with high stools, & big bay windows offering a view of the outdoor terrace & the main avenue - ideal for studying. The café has plenty of power outlets to charge your phone, laptop, etc., including newly added USB-C outlets.
You'll also find small individual tables, a large comfortable leather bench, & in the back, cozy corners with leather chairs & small tables.
A very pleasant experience for all ages, at any time of day.

The renovation is awful but the service is still great. I used to be able to sit here & enjoy my coffee. Now there's just a long hard bench with awkward tables or a couple of chairs against the window. But like I said the baristas are still awesome & make good drinks.
