Overall, reviews describe a Starbucks where staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, with drinks like hot almond milk lattés often praised for being well made and flavorful, and the location and atmosphere are seen as convenient and pleasant; many customers call it among the best in town and appreciate thoughtful gestures when issues arise. At the same time, some common caveats appear: service can be slow during busy times and drive-thru lines may mean a wait, certain drinks are not always consistent, and a few encounters mention rude or inexperienced staff, though problems are frequently corrected with replacements or kind apologies. Regulars keep coming back for the friendly vibe and reliable quality, and the overall experience is described as calm, safe, and a good place to relax or catch up with friends.
I don't understand how, with the addition of mobile orders, & this atlas a business decision by Starbucks itself, management does not seem to have enough hands on deck to support in store orders as drive-through & mobile orders are prioritized. Product may be good, but business decisions like this create a lack of proper customer service. Kind of sad for a company of that calibre!
The atmosphere of this location is always super clean & cozy, the staff is very kind & welcoming & though the coffee is slightly over priced it's often very tasty. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is due to the fact the location lacks consistency, over all, recommend Starbucks as a place to sit down with a friend & enjoy tasty drink & treats.
It was a very clean place, only very expensive, I went there because my friend, I prefer not to go there, because I'm supporting Palestinians for peace.
