This morning at 7:53 I made an order in the app to pick up at the drive thru of Starbucks La Prairie at 7:56 & got there at 7:55 but because there was absolutely no one I decided to pick up the order right away. Once I got to the window a barista with a black beard told me simply without saying good morning :Next time wait to get the confirmation that the drink is done then proceeded to give me my coffee no thank you nothing. Starbucks is not the happy place it used to be, the people working there are not as kind as they used to be. Why would I spend 10$ every day on a place that treats me like that. Really disappointed.
Je vivais une journée particulièrement difficile, du genre où tout semble un peu trop lourd. En arrivant au Starbucks, j'étais vraiment pas dans mon meilleur état. Mais Mélina m'a accueilli avec une gentillesse sincère & une attention qui m'ont immédiatement touché.
Je lui ai donné carte blanche pour une boisson réconfortante, & non seulement elle a su choisir exactement ce dont j'avais besoin, mais elle a aussi réussi à transformer mon moment de découragement en une expérience profondément positive.
Sa bienveillance, son écoute & son professionnalisme ont fait toute la différence. Grâce à elle, je suis reparti avec un sourire que je pensais pas retrouver aujourd'hui.

Je ne vais pas souvent chez Starbucks, je préfère généralement Tim Hortons, mais un ami m'a fait découvrir un café là-bas, ce qui m'a donné envie d'y retourner le lendemain. Le service était excellent : un employé sympathique m'a expliqué les ingrédients & j'ai reçu ma commande rapidement, même avec beaucoup de clients présents. La qualité du café était parfaite, bien préparée, offrant une expérience agréable. Je recommande cet endroit pour tous ceux qui cherchent un café de qualité & un service rapide & attentionné
Le personé est gentil mais le temps est plus que inquiétant avec la nourriture qui coûte 9$ pour un sandwichs qui possède 3 aliments (mal placer) il sont presque à l'extérieur du pain & brûlant au point de devenir le sorcier de clash royal
Karim always greets customers with a bright smile & a great attitude, making every morning drive-through visit a joy :) He goes above & beyond-he even took the time to help me figure out how to get my car unstuck from a mound of snow 😅 Keep up the great work!
Nous avons eu un très bon service, ma fille a demandé une boisson qu'elle a vue sur tiktok, la serveuse la écouter jusqu'au bout & nous a fais la boisson, tout ça avec le Sourire.
