I have visited here last year in November when I visited Montreal but this time the overall experience was definitely different it's more clean & the order process is really fast.

Pulled up to the Starbucks on Sources & the drive thru was shut down because of some police stuff in parking lot. Was a bit of a mess, but Helen we think she is the manager totally handled it. She actually came out & explained the situation to every single car one by one! That kind of care & effort is rare these days. Even with what looked like a short crew as well, she kept everything calm & positive. Honestly, she made what could've been a frustrating situation feel smooth. Major props to her!
Leanne was an absolute sweetheart !!! She was extremely helpful & knew every single thing on the menu ! We asked her many questions & she was so happy to help . Best Starbucks experience with an employee ever genuinely this girl needs a raise big time !! What a gem ❤?
Went this morning after many many months of skipping this spot because I didn't used to enjoy the vibe the employees used to give. I'm so glad I went again this morning, Melissa & her amazing crew were all happy & smiling & working like a team with such an amazing vibe I am leaving feeling good this morning ! Service is as quick as it can be considering how understaffed they seem to be. Millie rock is the best employee ever! She always gives me attitude, the BEST kind of attitude ! Personally I am a big fan of the turkey pesto sandwich! Everyone should get it!
