Lately I've been pretty disappointed at various Starbucks locations. The staff doesn't seem properly trained & when they don't know the answer to a question they seem unconcerned (I say all this having been a Starbucks barista for 2 years).

However, at the sources location today I was really surprised at the great service. The sandwich I asked for wasn't marked as sold out, & the manager overheard, so she gave me my entire order for free. As I was waiting, another customer's drink size was incorrect (although it wasn't, I heard her order it), & the barista immediately made her a new one. It was really nice to see them take the time to make it a good experience .

Manager Helen was fantastic & very accommodating.
Very clean as well, will definitely be going back, & heading out of my way for this specific Starbucks on Sources

Thank you to the new manager she's great ! Service starting to be better .

By far the worst Starbucks I have been to.
The staff is very rude & manager is very arrogant.
They don't know how to make a good coffee.
Very loud music barely 9 am

Pulled up to the Starbucks on Sources & the drive thru was shut down because of some police stuff in parking lot. Was a bit of a mess, but Helen we think she is the manager totally handled it. She actually came out & explained the situation to every single car one by one! That kind of care & effort is rare these days. Even with what looked like a short crew as well, she kept everything calm & positive. Honestly, she made what could've been a frustrating situation feel smooth. Major props to her!

Went this morning after many many months of skipping this spot because I didn't used to enjoy the vibe the employees used to give. I'm so glad I went again this morning, Melissa & her amazing crew were all happy & smiling & working like a team with such an amazing vibe I am leaving feeling good this morning !
