This morning at 7:50am I came to buy two coffee with one milk in it & the first time it was cold then the second one they did the coffee again for me without milk I told the employee nicely that she didn't add milk in it she got all frustrated & she added all kind of milk in the coffee with frustration I'm like I asked one milk not all this it will get cold again! I decided to come back with the coffee & gave it back to them quality service very poor !

Dreadful service. They are prioritizing the drive thru & those customers who are inside are left to wait for ages. One the order is placed you can easily spend 15 mins waiting for your regular black coffee. It's the worst Starbucks service I've ever experienced

Today I went there, I was waiting there to order, waited for 30 minutes just to place an order but all 3 three girls gave me side eyes & did not come to the station to take my order, they were walking looking at me but not taking my order. They just make me wander' I am invisible to them'. They were on the phone taking & laughing but ignoringing customer.
