Best bagels freshly got from the wooden oven. If you are passing through this area, it is a must to pass by & taste their bagels.View more

On our way out of town, we usually get montreal bagels. We were running late tonight. The employee working there did us a solid, prepped our order in advance, & we were able to pay & leave in literal 15 seconds.
Above & beyond service!View more

If you come visit Montreal, you gotta eat their bagels. They are delicious succulent out of this world the best bagels you will ever eat in your life mark my words no other bagel is better, baby?View more
The bagels are great & consistent with other locations. The cafe was closed though with no explanation as to why they were closed. Maybe they have different hours than the bagelry? Not sure the hours on the door made me think it was open. Otherwise a great place with nice people & super clean.View more
Went here on Christmas Eve. Service was amazing. The two ladies that took my order were great at making recommendations. All staff here were very warm & welcoming. Tried the salmon bagel as this is what a friend had recommended. Also tried the jaws bagel which basically has a tuna filling. Enjoyed our breakfast. Really cool seeing the bagels getting made & really cool that there is a separate sections to place your order depending on your needs. Coffee was great. Would come here again for the coffee. It's our first time in Montreal coming from London. If you're a fellow Brit reading this, I'd recommend coming here if you're missing the English high street. Coffee is on par to cafe Nero. The tuna bagel is like a Greg's tuna baguette. The salmon one is similar to what we get at home. The bagels are crispy unlike the soft dense ones we are use to In London. Glad to have visited was comparatively a bit expensive. Service was amazing.View more
The Bagels here are delicious. Came here at around for pick up 2 dozens & the guy was nice. It was around 6:00PM. It was around late & I wanted Sesame Bagels & he said about 5-10 minutes for the fresh ones. So I waited for them & they are fresh & super hot. Even the bag & everything was hot. They are good & only in the W.I. I would recommend this place if you can't make it to the original location all the way to Mile End. Only downside is that this shop needs to hire employees that need to speak French & better English. I know it's a Canadian thing but it's true. Other than that it's a good bagel shop & I would recommend. It's franchise here & always good & on point. God Bless the owners & people who maintained this bagel shop for us.View more
St-Viateur Bagel & Café DDO offers a truly authentic Montreal bagel experience. Walking in early morning, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bagels, still warm from the wood-fired oven. What We Loved: Freshness: The bagels here are the real deal. Chewy on the inside, perfectly crisp on the outside, with that signature hint of sweetness. They're best enjoyed right out of the oven, & St-Viateur delivers on that front. Variety: Beyond the classic poppy & sesame, they offer a delightful range of flavors. Everything from all-dressed to rosemary & sea salt, there's something to satisfy every bagel craving. Cream Cheese: Their cream cheese selection is equally impressive, with flavors like scallion & herb complementing the bagels beautifully. Coffee: A perfect pairing for your bagel, their coffee is rich & flavorful, providing that essential morning pick-me-up. Ambiance: The café has a cozy & inviting atmosphere. It's a great spot to relax with a newspaper & a warm bagel, or catch up with friends. Points to Consider: Popularity: St-Viateur is a popular spot, especially on weekends. Be prepared for a potential wait, but trust us, it's worth it. Parking: Parking can be a bit limited in the area, so plan accordingly. Overall: St-Viateur Bagel & Café DDO is a must-visit for bagel lovers in the West Island. Their commitment to quality & freshness shines through in every bite. Whether you're a Montreal native or just visiting, a morning at St-Viateur is a delicious way to start your day.View more
Just bought some yesterday & was told we have to give a tip to use the machine I now have to pay to get served at a pick up counter? Also bagels have shrinked in size dramatically!!! See my pic attached.... Not happyView more
