Au cours de sa tournée nord-américaine, la Superstar grecque Mihalis Hatzigiannis a découvert Melina Mammas, une jeune chanteuse grecque canadienne, fille de Lawrence Mammas, et a été invitée à dîner à La Belle & La Boeuf où il a été tellement impressionné par le groupe qu’il a proposé un partenariat pour apporter une cuisine authentique grecque Souvlaki, avec un concept Foodtastic à Montréal. Voilà que Souvlaki Bar est né, ouvrant notre premier magasin le 12 septembre 2014. Plus de 5000 personnes ont assisté à la grande fête d’ouverture où Mihalis et Melina ont joué à l’extérieur devant plusieurs fans heureux. I ordered calamari, it was tasty but the nature of this plate is oily, I can't blame the quality, however the quantity is very big. I had a chicken plate also but I found the chicken & rice with extra oil too. Very very big cut of potatoes. Did I like it?! Yes, Do I go back? Not my taste.
Still I say it's a good restaurant.

Calamari was greasy & chewy. Coffee was lukewarm. Had to ask twice for extra creamers.

Nice place with a terrace. The food was very good, I was indeed surprised. Calamari ( fried ) were amazing. Verdict : give it a try.

Service is friendly, quick & attentive. The food is very good. We had pork yeros (tasty & filling), a very nice fish & chip plus a calamari yero (something you don't commonly find & surprisingly excellent). Lots of parking & a terrace.
