Assez déçu de ma première visite dans cette chaine de restaurants grec.. Tsé, quand faut que tu demandes des ustensiles & des napkins parce que personne n'a pensé à nous en donner avec notre repas... ouf! Nous avons commandé des calmars frits. Ils semblaient fort prometteurs. Toutefois, assez difficile à manger (caoutchouteux). La panure & les sauces était correctes. Plat principal, assiette de pita gyro au poulet avec patates grecques & salade. Je m'attendais à de bonnes patates rôti avec assaisonnement. Non, reçu des quartiers de patates toutes pâteuses avec une sauce style poutine. Le gyro était bon par contre.View more

First time there & quite disappointed. I don't think I will eat there again. The souvlaki pita was dry & the pita had pronounced uncook floor taste. Chicken was super dry. The octopus was a total miss & simply not good. This is not how to cook octopus!View more

A nice, service is agreeable & fast. Ordered the sesame grilled feta cheese. Very nice. Then the gyro chicken pork & louktnos for two. With extra pita... The plate is way too much for two, i think they would be better served by adding some condiments like lettuce, tomato & cucumber to make the experience better. The food is way way too seasoned almost too salty... So a bit of veggies would tone down the saltiness of the whole meal.. But will go back..View more

Had the souvlaki pita plate. Everything was good. Their french fries are exceptionally good. Had this same meal at their location in Blainville get, & the fries there were also exceptionally good. Prices are very reasonable considering how much food you get, especially in comparison to other restaurants. My friend had the lentil soup & the chicken gyro bowl, both of which she said were excellent. Have eaten at various Souvlaki Bar locations. They were all good. Will definitely continue to eat there.View more

We first tried this resto in st jean sur richelieu & loved it. realizing there was one closer to us in Dix30 we were so happy & had to make our second visit. Souvlaki Bar didn't disappoint. The service & food was on par & great. We ordered the 2 stick chicken souvlaki, Greek salad & the club souvlaki pita. so good. ! def recommended.View more

Les patates servies avec l'assiette de pita souvlaki ne sont pas bonnes, trop huileuses. La salade était ordinaire. C'est assez cher, le rapport qualité-prix n'y est pas. Le service est bon & l'ambiance correcte.View more

The plates are huge & the prices are reasonable. Hopefully my comments could help the chef in some way. We were 3 & all found that the rice was bland. The salad is very good, the pita bread was amazing & the fries are incredible (but the greek potatoes not so much). My dad had calamari, they were rubbery & both the sauces don't really fit flavor-wise. We waited 45 minutes for a pretty ordinary experience. Overall I would recommend but I would not go back as there was nothing memorable.View more

I try to pass by when I'm in the mood for simple Greek fare. Friendly service, consistently good food & huge portions. Staff are always accommodating & aim to please. No, it's not fancy, & it's part of a chain, but this location has always hit the mark. I love the calamari pita plate. It's actually better than some of the meals I had in Greece.View more
