Considering the competition around, this place doesn't seem as attractive. But that is far from a bad thing. Every time I didn't want to wait an hour for one of the nearby restaurants, I just come here & we always get seated right away. The food is rock solid. Not the best bang for your buck place but it is good enough for me to not complain. Although, I don't understand why you only get 1 lettuce order before you have to pay for extra. The service is a bit weird though, sometimes things just doesn't show up, & the waiters are always in a rush. Other than that, this place is quite solid. Would definitely recommend.View more

I go there every week. The staff is nice & cool.
The food is delicious & it's an overall clean/nice ambience.

Premier expérience dans un bbq Coréen. 46$ sans le pourboire/personne. Nous y sommes aller un samedi soir en groupe de 4. Il était environ 17h. L'ambiance est du même niveau que la cuisine. Les bancs ne sont pas dutout confortable & préparez vous a y être assis longtemps. Il y a un menu a chaque table & l'on doit inscrire sur le papier le numéro de l'article & la quantité voulu. La façon de faire n'est vraiment pas mauvaise si ca fonctionnait.. Avec le premier papier nous avons eu les plats en triple! Sachant qu'il y a un frais 1$ par items jeté. Nous avons pas retourner les plats car c'étais le premier service & que nous avions faim. Pour les autres services, plusieurs articles était manquant.View more

Deep dive review. The tables have wood benches to make it uncomfortable to sit so you are more likely to leave. They cut the gas at one point for over 15 minutes, what a joke. They take forever to bring you food so that you feel full over the course of time. They had no AC just fans. They don't even bring the exact portions you order for no reason, I ordered 10 slices of beef & i got 5. Really really disappointed.View more

I don't think is worth the price. The food is ok, so if you go you might actually enjoy what you eat, but only that. The service is almost non existent, the only time anyone turned to look at us or spoke to us was when we arrived & when they asked for the bill, other than that they barely look at you when taking the order not even imagine to ask if everything is ok. The waiters are always looking everywhere but customers they just take the paper with your order & leave.
Also the environment would be better if the people who go to each table to clean the dirty dishes were not throwing them all the time into the cart, making constantly loud noise next to each table, so you are not very comfortable when eating.
Also with taxes was $45 each + tip, I know is usually the average price for an all-you-can-eat but this place is just not worth it, it was not a pleasant experience & I don't think I'm going to be back & I would not recommend this place tbh, I think you can get something a lot better anywhere else. Very disappointingView more

En ce qui concerne le Soto, j'ai vraiment été contente & déçu en même temps. Déjà j'étais ravie de savoir que les boissons soft étaient à volonté. Ensuite la nourriture était correcte. C'était pas exceptionnel mais pas mauvais non plus ( peut-être que cela dépend des choix que nous avoir fait mais bon..). Par contre, le kimchi & les glaces haricot rouge & thé vert sont une tuerie. En ce qui concerne le service je peux vous dire que l'on pouvoir sentir qu'on nous chassait des lieux avec des remarque par si par là. Par exemple pendant qu'on est toujours en train de manger le serveur nous demande si on veut nos desserts. Vous me dirais peut être que c'est parce que c'est presque l'heure de fermeture mais non, il était 18h ! On nous pressait tellement qu'on a du payer notre repas avant de pouvoir avoir nos dessert pensant qu'on allait nous laisser tranquille mais non. Pour que l'on soit plus rapide le serveur s'est arrêté près de nous pour nous "aider " à prendre notre commande de crème glacé. & enfin on ne peux, ne pas terminer en mentionnant les regards des serveurs.
Pour terminer c'était pas une expérience formidable mais c'est à améliorer. Là je m'adresse à Sota, vous n'êtes pas un restaurant fast-food alors laissez nous vraiment vivre l'expérience dans vos lieux. Si vous voulez que les clients en finissent rapidement, je sais pas moi, peut être remettez -10% sur la note aux clients qui finissent leur repas en 1h30 peut être que ça va aider.View more
