They're a bit inconsistent but remains the best of the best. Sometimes the smoked salmon is too salty, sometimes not salty enough, sometimes some slices could be fresher. Still would recommended & everytime my family from outside Canada comes over I buy them the pastrami smoked salmon. Even on their bad day, they're still knocking grocery store quality out of the park. So 10/10 would buy againVoir plus

Highly recommend! All the smoked salmon was delicious. It was my first time visiting & the staff was super friendly & informative, explained basically all their product offerings to me & their different smoked salmons & how they smoke them.
