via LibroHousekeeping entered room without knocking while I was in bed. I had to yell at them to close the door. They reported to management that they knocked 3 times before entering. There was no knocking, I only heard a weird sliding noise....I guess the key card.....& opened the door. When they moved on I could clearly hear them announcing & knocking at next room. For a solo female, I didn't feel safe or comfortable. I spoke with red head manager. They believed the housekeeping. I will not return, nor will I recommend.

via LibroLe seul problème un des employés ne parlait pas un SEUL mot français,'il ne comprenait même pas une petite demande comme de l'eau. C'est très désagréable même si je parle anglais couramment je refuse de parler anglais à Montréal.
via LibroLe service est toujours excellent les soirs de spectacle au Centre Bell & on est déjà dans l'ambiance avec la musique de l'artiste en vedette. C'est devenu mon resto de prédilection pour mes sorties au centre Bell.

I dined at this restaurant today, & I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. However, the service left much to be desired.
Our server, unfortunately, was far from friendly. When the bartender accidentally spilled water on me from an unknown source, he didn't bother to investigate or apologize until it was clear it was one of his colleagues. I understand accidents happen, but a simple acknowledgment & an apology would have been appreciated.
Moreover, when we were ready to place our order, he curtly replied, "Give me 2 minutes." He also made an error in our orders, which was a bit frustrating.
But what truly disappointed me was when I asked for water, he made an inappropriate remark. I believe in light-hearted banter, but there's a line that shouldn't be crossed, & it felt like that line was disregarded.
In the end, the quality of the food saved the evening, but the service experience left a lot to be desired. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to ensure a more pleasant dining experience in the future.View more

I am very picky about where I eat. Food is an experience for me, it is something to enjoy. So when I saw this place had duck on red curry, I had to try it. My surprise was significant when we sat down & the duck on red curry that was on display on a picture at front was not on the menu. So we asked if it was possible to order it, server said "yes, is just extra"... Fast forward to the bill, we were charged for beef curry at cad$32 & duck cad$17, which means the duck on red curry cost us cad$48, & we never saw the beef that we were being charged for; which means white rice & red curry (no veggies) cost $32. How is that possible! & honestly, the food was okay. It wasn't great, it wasn't bad either. Just okay. My surprise at the veggie less duck curry was such that I didn't take any pictures of it. The only meal worthwhile was the seafood salad.View more
