"Housekeeping entered room without knocking while I was in bed. I had to yell at them to close the door. They reported to management that they knocked 3 times before entering. There was no knocking, I only heard a weird sliding noise....I guess the key card.....and opened the door. When they moved on I could clearly hear them announcing and knocking..."
