I didn't like my first time trying this restaurant & wanted to give it a second chance. It failed. Undercooked & under seasoned rice. No variety in our sushi platter even though we were told differently 🙁. Sushi poorly put together. It all fell apart when we would pick up the pieces. Doesn't matter if your fish is from Tsukiji Market. If you can't execute, what's the point?
