L'histoire de SHNOOPI commence avec notre famille, imprégnée du patrimoine culinaire des pays méditerranéens. Nous avons grandi en Égypte et avons beaucoup voyagé dans d'autres pays avec lesquels nous partageons la mer cristalline remplie d'eau, comme l'Italie, la Grèce, le Liban, la France, etc. D'aussi loin que nous nous souvenions, notre cuisine a toujours été inspirée par un beaucoup de saveurs de ces pays, mélangeant des ingrédients de manière non traditionnelle, tout en représentant toutes les cultures de manière harmonieuse. En créant SHNOOPI, nous voulions représenter et honorer cet héritage, ainsi que partager la nourriture que nous avons grandi en mangeant avec nos clients.

I stopped by for lunch & was really impressed. The menu had a great variety, & everything we ordered was full of flavor, the portion sizes were generous. Le service a été impeccable tout au long de ma visite, avec une attention particulière portée à chaque détail. La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse : les portions étaient généreuses, ce qui est toujours appréciable, & chaque plat était savoureux, parfaitement préparé.
