Mon latte était vraiment poche, je ne l'ai même pas fini. Un restaurant a brunch qui sait pas faire du bon café c'est pas super vendeur pour une seconde visite. Ça aussi été très long avant de les recevoir, la nourriture est arrivé en premier.

I discovered Shina's earlier this year & have been back almost a dozen times. Every time I have tried something new on the menu, & every time it is great. I can recommend this place highly. The food & service is great. The staff is always on the ball & I have zero complaints. Highly recommended.
I always read all reviews before trying a new place. Opening a business is hard, putting a one star review because they are booked out by reservations is completely unjustified. Come downtown Montreal where all the food scene is & that is how it works. However, I had the worst service I've ever gotten in a restaurant, so I need to agree with those type of one star reviews. We were the first seated on the terrace on a Sunday morning, & weirdely enough, all the tables who were seated after us got their food while we STILL had our menus in front of us. There was a different waitress for every table outside, which led them to be extremely confused. I'm not sure how you manage your restaurant, I've never seen this before, but the staff is poorly trained. The table next to us got their bill & we still hadn't received our drinks(pretty crazy). You'd expect a business that knows what they are doing to compensate you for that, but they didn't. Staff is friendly but clearly very inexperienced. The food: definitely the best breakfast in Vaudreuil since it is competing with all the chains, so it is obviously fresher food, however, if you really want the best brunch/breakfast, you need to go downtown Montreal where you'll have restaurants with the same prices that are even better. The decor is nice, however could be more cozy as it is pretty big & empty inside. This place has a lot of potential if you fix your current issues.
The first time I came here, my friend & I ordered & waited around 40 minutes for our food. Because it was a new restaurant, I let it slide. The second time I came (which was months later), after we ordered, my sister & I waited a whole hour for our food. Our waitress apologized 3 times & told us "sorry it's a full house today, it's really busy". I go to many restaurants, a lot of them are always full... never did I wait this long for a meal. The food is pretty good, very fresh & tasty, however the wait time really isn't worth it.
Music is way too loud & the high ceilings means all the chatter of people is very loud. Food was tasty but portions too small for the price. I was still hungry after spending 20$. Regular drip coffee not included in price. Served in a giant mug so it got cold before I could finish. Not really many dairy free/meat free options I was interested in. Service was good & available in English. Nice decor.

For a place serving breakfast, the menu is very limited. Ordered steak & eggs that are pricy. The steak came under cooked & the hashed potatoes were a sample. The place itself is clean & modern but the staff needs experience. Coffee came in a large mug & the cream was freezing cold. Will not come back.
The place is very clean & welcoming. The staff are polite, professional & bilingual. The food is very good & prepared to a high standard. The menu has some gaps, primarily in variety of pricing

This was our first visit on Mother's Day planned by my Kids. Atmosphere & Service were great but Food wasn't as great as it was expected. Very simple & easy thing to point out was The Bread which was hard like a Brick, Glasses had a very bad smell but they looked clean.
Had breakfast for the First time on mother's day...we waited a long time for our food & when we got it, it was cold .pancakes where the only thing we liked.the french toast was hard & cold .drinks were amazing we had ice latte's . The decor is very nice but needs something on the walls it was very bright & cafeteria looking .music too low Had trouble hearing the music with the noise of people yapping.
What a wonderful breakfast place to go for brunch with your girl-friends, mom-friends or family. The food is absolutely out of this world! We ordered two plates & everything that we had was absolutely delicious!! It's a wonderful atmosphere. Nothing like it, every other breakfast place around the area if the same. It's nice & calm & not packed. You can have conversations & enjoy & relax.
