Café Shaughnessy est un café indépendant situé au centre-ville de Montréal dans le village Shaughnessy. Nous servons du café de spécialité issu du commerce direct et des viennoiseries maison, le tout dans une atmosphère relaxe.
Shaughnessy Café est perçu comme un café cosy situé en sous-sol, avec une ambiance design et un service attentif, où les clients louent un café fort, des pâtisseries bien faites et une atmosphère accueillante qui convient au travail ou à la détente. Le lieu est décrit comme astucieusement agencé avec divers types de places assises et une ambiance élégante mais cosy qui s'intègre bien dans un quartier du centre-ville. L'expérience globale est majoritairement positive pour le café, les pâtisseries et le personnel amical, avec quelques notes sur d'éventuelles incohérences telles que des croissants pas toujours frais ou des retards sur les boissons froides et l'impression que certains articles peuvent sembler chers, mais l'avis général demeure favorable et les soirées vin apportent une dimension sociale.

Lovely artsy café in a beautiful vibrant neighborhood. Great coffee (espresso) with Canelé & they also serve vermut & wine testing. Felt almost like in Barcelona vibe.

Nice, hip cafe. Ordered a decaf americano & it was very nice. Also a good place to work, read, met, whatever. The place is small but it feels cozy. A bit underground & they have indoor & small patio seating. They have wine nights in Fridays, except, literally the one Friday I wanted to take my friends to was closed. Very disappointing.

Loved the vibes , loved the plants. They have a variety of cool products like sardines, olive oil, wine & stuff but damn I had a scone & I think there was mold in it. But I also had a chai & it was absolutely amazing. Also for anyone who care they have microbewery iPas & maybe neipas 9/10 would get moldy scone again if paired with their chai.

I went for their wine bar evening & it was a good experience. Good wine, delicious tapas-style menu, & attentive service. Alex the server was excellent!
I've been coming to Shaughnessy for a few years now & I still think it's the best coffee shop around. The coffee is excellent & their Chai latte & London fog are the best I've had in the area by a mile. They have a big selection of pastries (always fresh & damn good) as well as food options (their breakfast sandwich, can be made w/o meat, is SO good & so is their chia pudding). The space is welcoming, has a great vibe, good music & is well set up for meeting up with friends or studying. The staff is dope & they have an amazing selection of beans, natural wines & coffee paraphernalia. Highly recommend!
Amazing espresso. Most unique tasting beans I’ve had so far. Great minimalist atmosphere. Selection of local wine available for purchase too. Baristas are kind. Usually busy with students, & since the place is smaller, only accommodates a few. Don’t let that deter you from coming to get a cup on the go!
