Wonderful place to try authentic Persian food.

This was our first time & everything was amazing

We ordered one dinner meal (rice with Zereshk chicken - a tomato based chicken stew) one kids meal (koobideh), one side of meat (koobideh torsh) & a side of olives.

We started off with a lentil soup with pita bread.

For our dinners, we had an order of a chicken stew, & two orders of the grilled koobideh meat. The side of olives were a great compliment to the meats.

Though the place was busy on a Friday night, the food came out pretty faster after we ordered it (10mins)- fast service for freshly made food.

Hands down the best Persian restaurant in Montreal. The warm hospitality, professional staff, & exceptional food quality combined with a wonderful atmosphere made for a perfect experience. Highly recommended to anyone seeking authentic flavors.

I had another wonderful experience at Shali Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the flavorful kebabs & perfectly cooked rice. Everything tasted fresh & authentic.

What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. The service was impressively fast, even though we were a large group. They welcomed us warmly, accommodated all of our requests, & made sure everyone was taken care of.

To make the evening even more special, they kindly served our cake, along with tea & music, creating a memorable & enjoyable atmosphere for our celebration.

Highly recommend this place for both the food & the outstanding service!

This is the best Iranian kebab I've had in Montreal. The food is absolutely delicious, & the staff are incredibly friendly & welcoming. The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this place if you want to try authentic Iranian food.

An amazing authentic & wonderful Persian restaurant on des Sources blvd ❤?❤? We made reservations for my mother's birthday & upon entering the venue saw many families & friends enjoying the food of the restaurant 😇😇 The staff was super welcoming & answered all our questions about the food ! We started with complimentary Barley soup which was incredibly tasty ❤?❤? For the main dishes we opted for the BBQ Flame-Cooked Meats as my mom had the Tender Barbecue Chicken Thighs while I had the Tangy Chicken kebab (breast) & each meal came with saffron rice & salad with the BBQ Tomato. Each bite was a gourmet's delight & super delicious & our full compliments to the chef 🙏🙏 For dessert we shared a Baklava & it was just as amazing ❤?❤? Cannot wait to come back with the entire family & friends to this 10/10 venue & try other items in its excellent menu 😇😇 MORE UPDATES: Went with my friends & had wonderful lentil soup followed by very tasty & delicious chicken dishes ❤?❤? For dessert we all had the saffron ice cream & it was heaven on earth 😇😇

I just finished eating here & was very impressed with the quality of the food! Fair prices for the incredible portions, good modern music, & the staff was quick & friendly. What more can you ask for when wanting authentic Persian food! 110% recommend.

The food at Shali Persian Restaurant is absolutely amazing-authentic flavors, beautifully prepared, & consistently delicious. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the service provided by Samaneh. She works tirelessly, always with a warm smile, & ensures that every guest feels welcome & cared for.

To be honest, the service quality depends entirely on her presence.
I sincerely hope the owners appreciate her value & reward her accordingly, because Samaneh is the heart of this restaurant.
