The food is really good, & affordable. Service was excellent, Akshitha was soo friendly & suggesting the dishes. Will definitely Recommend Friends. Best Indian Restaurant in Montreal 💯
Amazing Indian food & great service!
The flavours were authentic & perfectly balanced. The telangana chicken & garlic naan were amazing, mutton mundi & gongura chicken mundi are spicy flavourful & delicious. This is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area.
1. Bathroom was broken (all stalls out of order)
2. Service took over an hour for two bowls of curry.
3. We were the only whit people present, sever prioritized Indian customers who came in up to 20 minutes after before us.
4. Food was okay, nothing exceptional.
Looking at the high reviews for the area, I question whether or not Canadians had ever had good curry or service?
Great, little gem for Indian cuisine. Food is amazing!
I've been here several times.
If you need a printed receipt, be aware that the machine might run out of paper or malfunction, it happened to me twice. That said, the food is worth it!
The food was very very good ! the spicy fish as starter Is a must, & the indian garlic bread too. Our waitress Sukhwinder was very kind & professionali. Surely will return multiple times to try other delicious indian food !
If you're in Montreal & craving authentic Indian flavors, Shaaz is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in the city.
The moment you walk in, the warm aroma of spices welcomes you like home.
I recently tried their vegetarian menu, & honestly, every bite was perfection.
Their Paneer 65 is a must-try - crispy on the outside, soft & flavorful inside.
The curries are rich, creamy, & perfectly balanced with spices.
The naan is soft, buttery, & fresh out of the tandoor.
The staff is friendly, attentive, & makes you feel like family.
Portions are generous, & prices are reasonable for the quality you get.
Whether you're vegetarian or non-vegetarian, there's something here for everyone.
Shaaz isn't just a restaurant - it's a delicious journey to India right in Montreal.

Amazing food, service & atmosphere. I always go there at lunchtime with my husband or with co-workers. Everyone agrees it is really good. The waiter, Suni, is always nice & gives good suggestions if you are new to Indian food or don't like that much spice. I am not that person, but some of my co-workers are & they always say they want to go back.
Not gonna lie, one of the greatest Indian restaurants I've been so far. I did order a Paneer Biryani & it was a flavor bomb. Whoever is cooking the food in the kitchen absolutely knows his job. Also the Mango Lassy was smooth & tasty as you would expect it. Thanks for also for the great & kind service.
Asked no spicy food for my relative, they receive dragon fire spicy, even for our indian born friends, then staff unfortunately laugh at the situation. Finally they ask half the table if we wanted dessert.
