I visited this restaurant recently & unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the service at the reception. The entire restaurant was almost empty, with only one table occupied. I politely requested to change our table because it was placed right near the stairs & on the main walkway to the washroom, which felt uncomfortable as people would constantly walk by & watch while we were eating.
Despite the restaurant being clearly empty, the receptionist responded rudely & said the restaurant was'fully booked,' which did not seem honest or reasonable given the situation.
I do not have any complaints about the food or the serving staff - everything else was fine. However, the attitude & response from the receptionist completely affected the overall experience. Because of this poor customer service, I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Great food! Loved manchaw soup, paneer lababdar! Kaju paneer ghee rost mandi was amazing!! Great experience overall! 🤌🏻

We ordered biryani last night & returned to order again. This time, we were served biryani that was clearly old & from the previous night. Serving leftover food is completely unacceptable & a serious food safety concern. On top of that, the lady at the front desk showed a very rude attitude. Even after we raised the issue, there was no response or concern shown at all. The management is the worst & clearly does not care about customers or quality. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning.

The food is exceptionally good, but the service is painfully poor. Sticky tables, pathetic washrooms, & a complete lack of care ruin the experience. No matter how good the food is, bad service overshadows everything.

The chicken 65 is my favorite!! It is so rich. The species have a perfect balance. The gravy is so tasty. I also like the Keshimir chai. The flavor & the pink color make me feel happy.

They use to be good but they dropped the quality real bad … I usually order naan nihari when i go & biryani but this time when i ordered nihari & naan it was tasteless & looked stale & like a leftover . Server was super busy as he was alone handly everything (like waiting tables, taking orders & working as cashier & also cleaning up after people left ) which delayed our order. No blame on him but they should have more staff & not put burden on one person to handle everything
