Ordered a General Tao poutine for 26$ & I get supermarket chicken nuggets with frozen fries & general Tao sauce. Would have expected something better... Other places are betteVoir plus

Superbe expérience culinaire, les portions étaient parfaites, j'étais rassasié sans me sentir trop lourde à la sortie. L'ambiance était très bien, musique pas trop forte, bon espace entre les tables. Personnel courtois, on demander pour les allergies. Nous avons pu profiter de notre soirée, bel espace entre les plats, pas de sentiment de devoir quitter pour un 2ieme service. It took about 30 minutes to get our food (just a noodle dish, salad, & a soup) & there was only one other table of two so it's not like they were very busy. Once the food was ready, two out of 3 of us got our food while the other waited longer. Our water never got refilled either. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they are maybe newer staff. The redeeming factors for me was the drinks were good & there are vegan options.Voir plus

Service très décevant: le restaurant est presque vide, les employés sont nombreux. En 2h30, aucun remplissage d'eau, aucun employé n'offre de deuxième consommation, les assiettes vides restent sur la table plus d'une heure de temps.Voir plus

I came here in December & gave 5 stars. Everything was great. I went yesterday with a friend & it just wasn't the same. I ordered the veggie dumplings & they were very lacking in filling unlike the last time. The soup was also very lacking in vegetables. The service that had been super attentive last time, just didn't seem to be there. We had to ask many times for water & for hot water for the Jasmin tea after we'd already asked. It was all just a bit vague. We did have a lovely chat with a young waitress who seemed to have come in for the afternoon service & she was very pleasant so thank you but it's sad that this time it really was :-( & in December it was a big :-) I know there can be off days but it seemed as though every thing was off yesterday.Voir plus

Although a very nice relaxing atmosphere, the food quality was poor. I have the chicken pad see ew, & was disappointed in the hard texture of the noodles, the chicken was overcooked & the greens in the dish were a bit slimy. Would not recommend.Voir plus

Great food but very slow & inattentive service. We had to ask 3 times for water. More than 10 minutes after finishing our mains to get the table cleaned & then wait again to get the desserts menu while the waiter was having a chat with another waiter behind the bar.Voir plus

J'ai pris le poké bowl Tao, ce n'est pas écrit, mais cela vient avec vraiment beaucoup de gingembre, c'est cool quand t'aime ça, mais pour ma part, je déteste ça... il n'y avait pas d'avocat ni de melon comme indiqué sur le menu... c'était vraiment pas top...Voir plus

It had been six years since I ventured into Sesame to order (on site) a poke bowl. Having arrived early to avoid the lunch crowd, the waitress took my order & payment only to send me to the waiting area where I waited for over 20 minutes for my order. When I approached a waiter to find out where my order was, he was dismissive & rude. Another lady ordered before me also was waiting. The someone else came in to order & she received her order right away! Another waitress completely ignored us. They finally brought my order, but the woman who orders before me was still waiting! This is not the same Sesame I went to six years ago, & I will never go back there! Horrible service indeed, high prices & the poke bowl was meh.Voir plus
