Cannot recommend this place more! Clean, delicious & impeccable service. Our waiter Gio was fantastic ;friendly, attentive, & took amazing care of us.
Mano, the owner was also out on the floor, charismatic & clearly invested, making sure everything was going smoothly & guests were happy. That kind of care really shows.

Best breakfast place in Laval hands down! Delicious food, generous portions & great service. We discovered this place 3 years ago & it's become our go to. Highly recommend
Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Une cuisine raffinée & un service impeccable. Le personnel est aux petits soins sans être intrusif. Une adresse rare que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Was visiting from outta town this morning & was recommended this restaurant. It did not disappoint & I highly recommend! Food was excellent & very reasonably priced. Service was impeccable. Our waiter was great & kept checking in to see if we needed anything. On our way out Mano cheered my daughter up after Canada's defeat against USA & made us his famous frappes on the house! I will definitively make it a habit to stop by for breakfast each time I'm in town.
Une expérience presque parfait. Les serveuses vraiment professionnelles & le nourriture est bonne. Cependant, c'est vraiment occupé & l'avis à la porte de ne prendre plus 1h 30m, après que le plat est servi. Il prendre un peu de joie d'un dimanche matin calme. La table à côté de la porte fortement pas recommandé.

Fantastic service considering how busy it was! Food was great & staff was friendly & professional as well, overall had a great experience. I would definitely be going back & recommend to others.
Best breakfast restaurant in Laval. Service is excellent, it's worth the wait if there's a line up. I heavily recommend it. I bring all my friends here when they visit from Toronto & they all love it. Also Mano is the sexiest restaurateur in the city.

Super belle découverte à Laval! Les portions sont très généreuses & la nourriture est vraiment excellente. Le personnel est attentionné, le service est rapide & chaleureux. Mention spéciale au propriétaire : il a un vrai sens du service à la clientèle & il te fait sentir le bienvenu dès ton arrivée. Je recommande sans hésiter!
I was visiting from Florida. My family lives in Laval. My cousin actually recommended it to me in October that was my first time & then just a week ago, it was my second time. The service is great. The food is delicious. Once you order. It comes out within five minutes.. Don't usually do reviews, but this place deserves a positive review.. Now every time I visit Laval, I'll make it a point to stop there at least once for breakfast
Absolutely the best breakfast & lunch spot in Montreal & Laval, by far! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The food was absolutely scrumptious, & the portions were incredibly generous. I had the AAA sirloin steak & 3 eggs plate, which also comes with sliced tomatoes, a huge serving of potatoes, two toasts, & baked beans. All for $22.95. What a steal! This same plate would easily cost anywhere from $30 to $35 elsewhere.
The service was equally amazing. George, our waiter, was quick, efficient, personable, & very attentive. I will definitely ask for him next time I visit.
The owner, Mano, is a truly motivating leader & was actively helping his team in the dining room. It's refreshing to see such a hands-on & involved owner. You can really feel the positive energy throughout the restaurant.
I had a wonderful experience at Sel , Poivre & Pomme last Saturday we waited a little bit to enter but it was worth it. Mary, our waitress, was incredibly smiley, welcoming, & attentive, & the speed of service was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing truly wow! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I highly recommend this place & will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely love this place. I've been going here since they opened, they are a step up from any other breakfast & lunch place within a mile. There must be four or five of them. They are amazing. I highly recommend them, worth the wait.
That's my go-to brunch place! My friends & I have been going there for a few years now. The food is really good, the staff is amazing, & the atmosphere is warm & homey! I highly recommend
