I had the pleasure of dining at Sel Noir recently. We were greeted warmly upon entering. I ordered Oysters to start & for my main, the Ribeye with mashed potatoes & a salad. Im a contractor from Toronto we came to do some work in Montreal. I went into Sel noir for diner to try it out .always trying different places . From when I walked in Deamond & his team were like clock work . The service was awesome none of this hovering & on you while your eating . The food WOW WOW . Spot on Oysters very fresh. The salad loved it & the Ribeye cooked to my desire . Then Desmond asked if I would.like a little secret he has . Sure the man brought out that butter & o boy made it even better .
