I had a reservation at Ibericá but due to kitchen fire we were accommodated at SeaMe. Food was excellent & the restaurant is modern cool. Didn't appreciate the bit of attitude from the sommelier. I told him what type of wine I was looking for by the glass & my budget. I didn't like the first wine he suggested when he poured me a taste, the nose was oxidized, in my opinion. I asked for another choice. He said his selection was limited at the moment, however he offered a nebbiolo & proceeded to pour the taste in the same glass as the first wine. This is a service no- no & not very professional. This all occurred as they do not have a wine list, which I'm fine with as long as service standards are adhered to.
Waiter & support staff were excellent, although they did drop our check before we received our entree. I may think twice about returning although the food was fantastic.

A hidden gem with an exceptional dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting & perfectly set the stage for a memorable evening. The star of the night was Brandon, the manager, who went above & beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. Not only did he expertly craft our drinks & assist with menu & wine selections, but he also described each dish with such detail & care. He was attentive to our food allergies, which made us feel completely at ease. A highlight was when Brandon himself plated & served our fish - a true personal touch! The open kitchen concept added an exciting element, allowing us to see the culinary magic happening behind the scenes. The combination of impeccable service & a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere makes this place a must-visit. Sea-Me is hands down the best restaurant in town!!! The atmosphere is beautiful & the perfect setting for a romantic date. Chef Van's crudo is a masterpiece -each ingredient is carefully placed, creating bites that are pure bliss, an explosion of fresh flavors that dance on your palate.The oysters & crudo were incredibly fresh, each paired with its own sauce that complemented them perfectly. Chef Wallid's pastas melt in your mouth, with a creamy, flavorful sauce that's simply irresistible. The bread tasted so fresh that we couldn't resist ordering three portions just to dip in the pasta sauce. It was the perfect complement to our meal! The Rockefeller oysters were phenomenal, cheesy with just the right kick of spice. For dessert, we enjoyed a delightful treat that wasn't overly sweet, paired with the creamiest ice cream I've ever had. You can really tell the staff at Sea-Me puts extra care into preparing each meal. Their attention to detail & passion for quality shine through in every dish, making a dining experience truly exceptional. The service was top-notch; our plates were expertly changed after each course, enhancing the experience. Brandon took excellent care of us, providing insightful explanations of the wine menu & describing the flavor profiles of each selection. His knowledge & attentiveness made our meal even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return!
