Overall, my experience was pleasant. The majority of the food from the salad bar was very nice. My only complaint I would have to share was I ordered the cheesecake & it tasted extremely cheap & grainy. I left the waitress know & she said she's having an argument. The floor manager, & he's trying to convince us/the waitress to get another piece of cake instead of just refunding for the bad piece. Just ashamed that everyone staff there is very sweet & kind & atmospheres clean. But the experience was tarnished by a 3D manager trying to nickel & dime $9 cake. Out of touch

Salad bar was not very good or fresh & the roasted chicken breast was burnt .a kids chicken burger came out dried out & not fresh not the best for.sure

Went to Scores a few weeks ago... Lo & behold, there wasn't any chiken breast left. We would have had to wait 45 mins for it to be ready 🤔 So I asked the waitress if we could have something else on the menu that could include the salad bar for free. Since it was their fault they weren't ready for the dinner crowd. The waitress gave me attitude with snarky voice about me asking that! The plate I was wanting to replace was 1$ less than the chiken breast. I thought it ridiculous to loose a good client over something so cheap, as a salad bar. I'll never be back there.

Every time I come here to eat, it feels like home. Staff is friendly, the food is consistently good & the salad bar has good variety with fresh ingredients. I always look forward to coming here.

Nice & cozy restaurant. The staff is really nice & helpful. The salad bar seems fresh & regularly checked. We tried the ribs & chicken, very tasty & comforting.

We went for diner last night. I took the salad bar as a side on my second serving there was a hair inside one of the salads. That cut my appetite for the salad bar so I didn't finish the serving. Then I had my main course & was still hungry but the hair really did it for me so I was withheld from going again. At the end, we got the bill & my salad bar was charged even thought the waitress was well aware that I wanted more but wouldn't dare go again. Then my girlfriend's main was the STEAK PICNAHA, honestly one of the worst steaks I've ever seen served at a restaurant. My girlfriend barely touched her plate, she only ate the baked potato. So I mean overall I wasn't expecting to leave from a Scores restaurant both wanting more (because i was still hungry) & so unpleased with my experience Don't know if i'dd go back anytime soon...
