I visited Scores last Thursday for lunch with a friend, as I was considering the restaurant for my upcoming birthday celebration for 18 guests.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly & professional waitress who allowed us to choose our table & promptly provided menus. We ordered from the lunch menu-roast chicken (choice of leg or breast)-& added the salad bar at an additional cost, as it was not included with the meal. The food & initial service met expectations, & everything proceeded smoothly.
As we were unable to finish our meals, we politely asked another waitress passing by for two takeout containers. Her response was unexpectedly confrontational. She accused us, in a notably aggressive tone, of filling up on the salad bar & informed us that we would be charged $3.50 to take our remaining food.
I was genuinely taken aback. At no point had we done anything inappropriate-we each had a single plate from the salad bar & simply wished to take home the food we had already paid for. Nevertheless, we calmly agreed to the additional charge. Without acknowledging our response, she removed our plates & walked away.
Several minutes later, she returned with two sealed cardboard boxes, handed them to us without explanation & without indicating which one belonged to whom-& left the table without a word.
Shortly after, our original waitress came by as we were preparing to pay. She appeared aware that something had occurred & offered a sincere apology for her colleague's behavior, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, this interaction left a lasting negative impression. What began as a pleasant visit turned into a disappointing & uncomfortable experience. As a result, I chose to book another venue for my birthday, where we ultimately had an excellent time.
Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Nina the owner ruined our family lunch!!!
Extremely rude & agressive service!
To top it all off, the chicken was old!
Horrible experience!

J'ai aimé le concept avec le bar de salade, les plats sont délicieux & généreux ! Excellent choix pour un lunch rapide bcp mieux que le facefood Je recommande

I went for lunch, it was very quiet. I had the ribs with the salad bar. It was very delicious & the service was great.

Went here for late lunch on a busy weekend. Quiet place probably because no one was there. Literally just us & a couple of tables who also were parents with their baby/toddler. First of all, food was average. Nothing special but alright. Edible. But one thing we did not appreciate in particular was the manager being unfriendly & rude. We have a toddler who obviously likes to move around (walk, hop, roam around #iykyk). We walked in & were greeted by a pleasant timid lady. She led us to our table & was then followed by the manager who immediately took whatever were on the table (sugar pouch, salt, pepper etc..) & we were told "im taking these they are not for you". Like wow, ok.. & your point is He watched us walk through the restaurant as we wait for our food, observing every move our toddler made even though we accompanied her every step of the way. He made us feel extremely unwelcome, uncomfortable & was rather irritated. It's a sad, disappointing experience.

Terrible experience!
My 7 yr old son had lunch at Marathon around 1 & I went to eat at scores at 2 with him. I ordered for myself only since he had already eaten. My food included the free salad bar. My son asked for a piece of cucumber & 2 minutes later a man who was constantly watching me & other clients came to us & said: since I shared my salad with him I need to pay an additional $5! I told him not only I will pay $5, I will pay him $5 tip but I asked him to stop watching us!
You will feel constantly watched by the manager like a cop! I heard the owner of this place Gino is a cheap man & he hired this poor guy ( which I call a cop) to watch clients to see if in case they share the salad.
Do not spend your money in this place where you will feel someone is constantly watching what you eat!!!!For the $20 that I spent just for my dish ,I could have eaten somewhere that I would have felt welcomed!!!
My 7 yr old son apologized to have taken a piece of cucumber!
We will never go back!
