I visited Scores last Thursday for lunch with a friend, as I was considering the restaurant for my upcoming birthday celebration for 18 guests.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly & professional waitress who allowed us to choose our table & promptly provided menus. We ordered from the lunch menu-roast chicken (choice of leg or breast)-& added the salad bar at an additional cost, as it was not included with the meal. The food & initial service met expectations, & everything proceeded smoothly.
As we were unable to finish our meals, we politely asked another waitress passing by for two takeout containers. Her response was unexpectedly confrontational. She accused us, in a notably aggressive tone, of filling up on the salad bar & informed us that we would be charged $3.50 to take our remaining food.
I was genuinely taken aback. At no point had we done anything inappropriate-we each had a single plate from the salad bar & simply wished to take home the food we had already paid for. Nevertheless, we calmly agreed to the additional charge. Without acknowledging our response, she removed our plates & walked away.
Several minutes later, she returned with two sealed cardboard boxes, handed them to us without explanation & without indicating which one belonged to whom-& left the table without a word.
Shortly after, our original waitress came by as we were preparing to pay. She appeared aware that something had occurred & offered a sincere apology for her colleague's behavior, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, this interaction left a lasting negative impression. What began as a pleasant visit turned into a disappointing & uncomfortable experience. As a result, I chose to book another venue for my birthday, where we ultimately had an excellent time.
Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.
I went there with Jeremy, Johnny, Edmund, Daniel, Alex, & the others at Place Vertu for celebrating the Hoque Twins' 28th birthdays, & I brought a card to Hasanul & Ariful. I had a buffalo poutine meal & a salad bar appetizer, & I had 2 slices of cake for dessert

J'ai aimé le concept avec le bar de salade, les plats sont délicieux & généreux ! Excellent choix pour un lunch rapide bcp mieux que le facefood Je recommande
Salad bar is out of the world. So many varieties. SOUP was good. Trick is ordering any speciality & add the salad bar as add on. You will love it. Tenders , club & brochetes are very good to eat
Le gérant a refusé de nous donner du parmesan pour aller avec le bar salade alors que tous les autres scores nous en donne. Le bar salade manque de choix.
My dinner ruined at a Halloween night. I was starving but my two kids don't eat much & they are picky eater. So I wanted one kids meal so that they both share but the waitress said that we cannot share kids meal cause there is a free salad bar paired with the kids meal. I said my kids don't eat salad or any soup. She insisted that I take the second kids meal so did I. My sister & I each took a meal. Then my husband arrived, he ate already, so he didn't order, he just came to drive us. When the food arrived, I didn't want to waste the kids food since my kids aren't touching the second plate or could barely finish the first one so I asked my husband to eat it to not put to waste. The waitress came to warn us that we cannot share the meal. I told her I'm not sharing but I was forced to take the second kids meal & I don't want to waste the food. She said we cannot share it. I was furious, then my husband complained to the manager. It was the manager's first day & he didn't seem to know what to do at all other than apologizing. & yet, the waitress never apologize. Our appetite was cut so we just asked for the bill & paid in full. Never gonna step foot to any scores again. The lack of flexibility & the condescending tone that the waitress had was unacceptable.
Terrible experience!
My 7 yr old son had lunch at Marathon around 1 & I went to eat at scores at 2 with him. I ordered for myself only since he had already eaten. My food included the free salad bar. My son asked for a piece of cucumber & 2 minutes later a man who was constantly watching me & other clients came to us & said: since I shared my salad with him I need to pay an additional $5! I told him not only I will pay $5, I will pay him $5 tip but I asked him to stop watching us!
You will feel constantly watched by the manager like a cop! I heard the owner of this place Gino is a cheap man & he hired this poor guy ( which I call a cop) to watch clients to see if in case they share the salad.
Do not spend your money in this place where you will feel someone is constantly watching what you eat!!!!For the $20 that I spent just for my dish ,I could have eaten somewhere that I would have felt welcomed!!!

This is our go to restaurant for a simple meal of rotisserie chicken. It also comes with all you can eat soup & salad bar. Chicken is juicy & not as fat as other Scores or St Hubert branches. Salad bar is nice & fresh. Can't complain for a under 15$ relatively healthy meal.
J'ai été pour un dîner avec ma fille. Mon repas (burritos) manqué du gout & les tomates de ma salsa (accompagnement) étaient trop vieilles. Les tomates du bar a salade était aussi expirées. La salade de chou était horrible. Mes burritos manquaient du gout. Le restaurant est bien situé, avec un service ordinaire. Pour le prix, je n'étais pas impressionner du tout.
