This location features a pleasant layout & a calm ambiance. The Shoyu ramen was satisfactory, but the Tonkotsu Black lacked the necessary umami depth. Service was friendly, but the staff stayed behind the counter, requiring me to approach the counter whenever I needed something.
I was wondering around Royalmount & was craving some ramen I heard about a new spot that opened recently so I went. At first it was hard to find but it was all worth it in the end good food, amazing service & great ambience. Would come back for sure!
It's good! The ramen is a bit on the salty side but otherwise the broth is really fresh. The employees are very helpful to explain the ramen choices. Definitely worth coming back to!
I love Ramen, the Food is good but i was looking for something different on what I order but I still recommend this restaurant. Good atmosphere good vibe music is good. Service perfect also everyone is very welcoming & since I work in a Japanese Brand For me customer service is really important which they have.
Hard to find but definitely worth it as the ramen here is sooooooo good & fresh. You won't regret it. Great lunchtime combo deal as well with a drink & a side.

taste just like the ramen I had in japan after climbing to the top of Mount fuji wearing nothing but sandals although I'm sure the ramen I had then at the very mountain top was nothing short of just average it tasted spectacular after the long arduous hike up & I often recall it as my very best ramen experience ever & yet this is the memory I remember when I visit sansotei royalmount & order their classic tonkotsu ramen
On a manger un tonkotsu ramen noir, je cherche encore le goût de l'ail, je ne sais pas si c'est par le gout trop prononcer du bouillon ou une huile pas assez parfumé a l'ail.
Le porc n'est pas assez tendre, il ne doit sans doute pas être mijoter assez longtemps. Il est censé être bien fondant en bouche & ce couper facilement avec les dents, le gras n'est pas fondant & donne une texture désagréable en bouche.
& les oeufs n'ont pas de goût, j'adore les oeufs mariné des ramens mais ceux ci n'avais que le gout du bouillon. Cest mariné 24 a 48H normalement pour avoir du gout.
On adore les ramens avec ma femme mais nous ne reviendront pas a cette adresse, il y a de meilleurs ramen a des prix équivalent.
