The food was delicious, & the service was excellent. Our waiter, Alex, was very friendly, welcoming, & took great care of us throughout our visit. He provided wonderful service, but we noticed that he was working alone for the entire dining area, which seems like a lot for one person, especially during a full restaurant service. Please consider giving more support to your staff & taking good care of them - they truly deserve it. Thank you!

I like Sansoutei's ramen; however, I absolutely do not recommend this particular location. My bowl of ramen sat waiting in the kitchen for over three minutes-fully topped & ready-before it was finally brought out to me.
It was absolutely unacceptable. Naturally, by the time it reached our table, the soup was lukewarm & the noodles were soggy-it was the worst ramen I have ever had.
This is highly recommended for those looking to try a ramen shop that's much different from the usual.
