"What Saizen lacks in atmosphere and service, they make up for in food quality and presentation. We enjoyed delicious sushi, pasta and dumplings. The staff weren't attentive and the menus were well worn. The cleaning staff were hauling garbage through the seating area. A few small changes could really elevate the experience significantly."
