We have taken great care in the construction of this café in order to offer you a unique atmosphere, composed entirely of recycled materials and renovated second hand furniture. The Saint JJH&CAFÉ is the perfect meeting of retro and antique. Your eyes will easily get lost in the immensity of details that we have disseminated in this space where materials, furniture and objects were once destined to be abandoned, but now live a beautiful second life.
Saint JJH & Café comes across as a cozy, eclectic neighborhood gem with a warm, welcoming vibe and beautifully curated decor that blends greenery with vintage touches. The atmosphere invites lingering, with multiple comfy seating nooks, great music, and a sense of home whether working, chatting with friends, or simply relaxing. The menu features in house foods and a range of Greek pastries, cakes, cookies, and brunch options, with standouts like quiches, tiropita and spanakopita, and desserts that pair well with coffee. The coffee and beverages receive frequent praise, especially for creamy lattes and well balanced cappuccinos, though a few reviews note price concerns or occasional latte bitterness. Service is repeatedly described as friendly, attentive, and caring, with staff and owners seeming genuinely invested in the guest experience, while a minority mention tense interactions or value concerns. Overall, Saint JJH & Café feels like a beloved destination for studying or socializing, offering a warm, comforting setting, generous portions, and a distinctive vibe that keeps guests coming back.
This café offers a charming atmosphere & exceptional service. It's the perfect spot to relax & catch up with friends or family. If you're looking for a cozy place with great hospitality, I highly recommend visiting this café.
Great spot, love the rustic prepossessing vibe, cookies there are huge & delicious, they got great greek style pastries home made also. Yanna & Raph & their staff are so all friendly, fresh & profesh (you like that abbreviation eh?) Seriously though Verdun never had this vibe before so it's really needed, one match can ignite 1000 matches so without parroting on, planting seeds like this does matter because its changed the town for the good & created a cool community where you actually see & meet people you never knew lived here, & beyond. I rubber stamp & approve this with yes yes mo's def!

Everything here it's just marvellous, really Found this place by accident & it's on my favourites list! Don't hesitate. If you want a good place to chill & eat good food & have a good coffee, this is the spot.
Bon & peu commun.

Tasty crêpe with cheese (would be even better with high quality cheese though, it seemed like these sliced melting cheeses with a strong flavour) | Good hot chocolate with soy milk | Great atmosphere | Cosy café
This is a hidden gem of Verdun! Such a cozy place with the spirit of an antique shop. Good coffee, wonderful pastries. You can also have a brunch here & our soup was a blast! But don't arrive too late, as the owner is usually wrapping up the day at 2 PM.
What a wonderful & beautiful coffee shop. Not only is the decor creative & charming but the coffee & cheesecake was very good. If you love a serene atmosphere to sip on your coffee & have a quiet conversation with a friend, this place is hard to beat. It's at the top of my all time list of coffee shop experience. The owner is also friendly & you can see the passion she has for her establishment. You won't regret your time there.
