Café magnifique tant par la décoration que par les excellentes pâtisseries & le personnel adorable ! Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens & je suis toujours agréablement surprise ! On s'y sent à la fois comme à la maison & comme dans un décor de Friends ! Je reviendrai, ça c'est sûr ! 🥰
C'était ma première fois. Je suis entré un peu timide, mais la réceptionniste m'a répondu comme si je faisais déjà partie de sa clientèle depuis longtemps. J'ai adoré le cappuccino, la décoration, en fait tout.
Superbe endroit. La décoration est magnifique & l'ambiance très cosy. La nourriture me rappelle mon enfance, le personnel est vraiment adorable, on s'y sent bien & tout est pensé pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison.
Un de mes cafés préférés en ville ! Les boissons & pâtisseries sont délicieuses, & que dire du décor somptueux. Mention spéciale pour les biscuits pour chiens quand on prend à emporter :) Juste penser à demander le type de lait souhaité, mais sinon c'est parfait.
Le décor le plus étonnant qu'il nous a été donné de voir depuis longtemps ! Éclectique, réfléchi & invitant, on se sent bien à cet endroit. Propriétaires & personnel des plus sympathiques. N'hésitez pas à faire un petit détour, vous ne serez pas déçus. Nous étions de passage à Montréal mais y retournerons avec grand plaisir à notre prochain séjour.
We found out about this place from someone else's video on TikTok & knew we had to go. I was afraid that it would be all looks & no substance but boy was I wrong. The ambiance/decor of course were great but what really pushed it over for us were the extremely friendly staff & the great selection of food & drinks. (I was surprised honestly compared to what is usually on offer in local cafés) Speaking of, the food was fantastic. I went with a savory brunch crêpe, regular drip coffee & homemade lemonade & everything was perfect. Will not only go back, but will make sure all of my friends know about it!
I went there with a friend as she wanted to show me this absolute treasure of a place. I went in, & it blew my mind. The decor is absolutely spectacular & so original as each piece I'm sure can tell a story . The food in which I had the soup 🍲 was out of this world . The music is beyond remarkable as I'm an old-school soul from Steely Dan to Lionel Richie & more. I have never ever been blown away from any place as I was here . It is so worth taking the time to discover such a gem 💎 ✨?. I give 5 stars, & if I can give more, that would be without question that I would .
L'endroit est super cute, bien décoré & original. L'ambiance est calme & plaisante. Toute la bouffe est maison & c'est super bon. Sans parler du personnel vraiment adorable. C'est vraiment pas dans mon coin mais j'y retournerais c'est sûr !

Place is charming with nice vintage decoration.
Cozy, eclectically decorated café with foamy coffees & good treats. But the biggest thing - & I can't really stress this enough - IT HAS A FIREPLACE. A FIREPLACE, people. Put on your boots & pull your hood tight on those stormy January days & you'll be soooo glad you're in Verdun.
Absolutely wonderful place & atmosphere! The layout of it is unique, cozy & tweaked with vibrant personality. The music is enjoyable & never repetitive which adds a great touch. As someone who normally studies with headphones, I find myself often removing them. Enjoying the music while continuing to engage myself in my work. I must add that the menu is fresh with personality & ingenuity. I don't normally order food at cafes, but they have an exceptionally irresistible menu. The other day I ordered a blueberry pie. It was sweet & exuded generosity.
It is very clear that a lot of love & soul continuously goes into this place. & its that heart & soul that really makes this place what it is. Not just with the food, music & decor, but especially in the customer service. The staff are clearly cared for & happy to be there & it shows. & that care extends to the customers. It shows that client satisfaction is very important to this place. From enjoying their food & drinks, to seating arrangements & overall experience.
& if you're lucky, which you will be if you come here. You might get a chance to meet the owner. Who is a very pleasant person. & without a doubt is extremely present in ensuring that her customers experience is of the highest quality. Even when closing time comes, she never lets anyone feel rushed to leave. Letting people finish things up on their own. For someone who studies a lot that was really nice.
& the quality of interactions that happen here are fantastic. Whether its between the staff, the owner or others. It is definitely a great vibe whether you just want to study alone or meet new people. Everyone seems to be so nice a respectful.
For these reasons this cafe becomes more than just a place to study. But kin to a loving home that opens its arms so warmly to everyone. I believe it is truly a gem & a staple within its community.
