We had an amazing experience! Food was delicious i had the shrimp tacos! Ambiance was great.
Pretty occupied for a weekday (should probably reserve before going) but would highly recommend trying this place!
The drinks were really good & quite generous. I got the birria, it was really good but a bit dry to my taste (even with the sauce). The service was good & quick.

Sat outside. Beautiful patio. Great decor. Service was a bit slow. Only had 2 drinks & 1 app. Calamari were not good at all. Called spiced calamari & had 0 flavour & felt undercooked. Would go again to try more food as the tacos looked great.
The food is amazing! I ordered the ceviche, Birria taco, & enchiladas. The service was efficient & friendly. The outdoor seating adds to the experience. One of my favorite places when I'm visiting!
We ordered shrimp 🍤 tacos, mushroom quesadilla & green papaya salad. Shrimp tacos were great, very tasty. Mushroom quesadilla was alright. Green papaya was tangy, not really sweet. Food was served fast. It was hot & we didn't sit outside. It'd be nice to sit outside in summer on a cooler day or at evening times.

Quick service, the food is made with fresh ingredients & they have vegan tacos. Sabrosa also offers their homemade sauces. Very friendly staff & delicious food, with options for the whole family.
I had high hopes when I visited this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. I ordered the birria tacos, & to be honest, they were disappointing. The meat tasted overly greasy, & instead of being tender & flavorful, it was filled with unpleasant chunks of fat. The seasoning didn't shine through the oiliness, & the overall dish felt heavy & poorly balanced.
Presentation aside, the quality of the ingredients just wasn't there. For a dish that's supposed to be rich & comforting, this one left me feeling unsatisfied. I really wanted to like it, but based on this experience, I wouldn't return or recommend it

Sabrosa is by far the best restaurant at Place Jacques-Cartier. The location is prime, & the food was outstanding. The salads & ceviche were incredibly fresh & flavorful, & the tacos were delicious as well. The service was warm, attentive, & efficient. Highly recommended!
A delicious experience! The food was lipsmackingly good. Our meals were beautifully presented & the. flavours were thoughtfully balanced. Service too, was incredible. Glad we picked Sabrosa for our lunch! Thank you!
