Great food but ambiance a bit chaotic & service was slow, & somewhat aloof. I don't blame them, it was busy, but we also felt pretty crammed in, especially with Covid & dogs. Less tables would fix that & the slow service.
Petit espace de restauration dans la boutique. Il y a environ 15-20 tables. Pas beaucoup de place entre elles surtout si vous avez de gros chiens. Le service était extrêmement long. Nous avions réservé & en arrivant ils nous on dit qu'il n'y avait plus de table pour nous. La nourriture & les portions sont corrects. Rapport qualité prix trop élevé. Notre facture était de 70$ pour 2, pour un déjeuner. Nous avons pris 3 assiettes en tout car nous avions encore faim après une. Service médiocre. Ça l'a prit 2h pour être servis. Plusieurs tables avaient été oubliées également. La serveuse est venue nous porter les assiettes & n'est jamais revenus. La gérante allait voir à chaque fois qu'un chien jappait & regardait les maîtres d'un air condescendant. C'était intéressant, car il y a un air de jeu canin, piscine, toilettage, etc dans la même bâtisse. mais je ne pense pas y retourner. Il y a de meilleures places dogfriendly ailleurs.
We had a wonderful time at Ruby Cafe with our pup! The food was delicious & the restaurant was so aesthetic, spacious, clean, &, of course, dog-friendly! We were so happy to be able to bring our dog to a restaurant indoors (!!!) & share this fun experience with her. Our food was fresh & delicious, & we brought some doggy food back for our pup too. We would highly recommend Ruby to all dog-lovers & dog-owners!
Charming & delicious! We had so much fun doggie watching & enjoying the delicious brunch menu. It may be small choice-wise but so nicely presented & very tasty. Service was excellent too. We will go back for sure ❤️
Beautiful place, friendly staff, food was epic.
Downside was that it did seem understaffed (isn't everybody nowadays with COVID) so the service was very slow. I would definitely go back, but only with a very patient mindset.
For the food I would honestly give it a 5 star but the restaurant was filthy!! So much dog hair everywhere & it wasn't like this last time! We know you were short staffed but it still was not as welcoming as last time & we were told sorry no spinning of the wheel! Again it was advertised & not done ! Not a huge thing but it is the little things that count!
The environment is very nice! We went on their Halloween weekend & it was fun having the DJ. However, the service was not the best. The waitress was hard to get a hold of & we had to wait 10 minutes to get a water bowl for our dogs. Also they claimed to have prizes for dressed up dogs, but we didn't get any.

Fabulous place where you can have a gourmet lunch with your pooch at your side. The chorizo grilled cheese was really delicious! The strawberry rhubarb smoothy was good too - very natural & thick. Service was excellent. Place was clean & inviting. Lots of parking & easy to get to. I highly recommend it!
