Honestly I am a St-Hubert type of guy for over 30 years but today I said let me give Au Coq a chance. I think their fries peeked my interest & so began the walk onto the dark side 😅. The food was good for what, half-rack of ribs with oven roasted chicken thighs. Was it great? No it was good & I know it wasn't hot but the food was good even at the temperature I had it. Their sauce was good also, the chicken skin was nice. What really got my attention was that they advertised apple pie chausson like BK, Harvey's & such. To find out they were out!! So I went with the pecan pie, now that was one of the best restaurant pecan pie I've had in a long time. I am curious what the apple pie taste like & the meal when it's freshly prepared.
