Rotiserrie benny deserves more than 5 stars! The chicken is always juicy & flavourful & also the team provides friendly & quick service. Last but not the least one of the best rotisserie spots in town!

Souper de groupe pour les fêtes sur 7 repas il en manquait 1 devait être livré à une heure déterminer livreur est arrivé 1h30 à l avance bref probablement problème de communication car dans ce restaurant il prennent les commandes en anglais seulement je suis extrêmement déçu….

We did order a delivery & the order was late over 10 minutes so we add to go with the train. They told us they will reimburse & now refuse to do so.

Moi quand je commande là bas,je vais le chercher sinon c' est froid ,& hier je suis déçu car dans un des pain que j'avais avec ma poitrine de poulet,Ben il y avait un trou fait par un ou des doigts, désolé mais où je travaillais avant ça n'aurait pas passer,on l'aurait jete

Would have been a good experience had the counter server had given us the actual order we paid for. We had asked for rice instead of rice as our toddler does not eat fries. Coming home hungry, we opened the box only to find a mountain of fries. The lady serving did communicate to the staff in the kitchen if fries can be replaced & it was understood & agreed upon. This is such a disappointing first time experience. Food is good but service is a disappointment. We called to express our concern & the lady was defensive not even offered anything to make this correct.

I order take out once a week. This was my 4 th time ordering here. The first two I was impressed. The third time I got the wrong order. Last night when my food was 30 minutes past promised delivery time I called the restaurant. I spoke to the person & got no customer concern. I told her about the previous wrong order - she had no response. ( I acknowledge It was partly my fault I could have called & reordered but I decided it was too much trouble.) The person last night said'your food has not been sitting around for an hour - it should be still good.' I responded -' I hope you are right'. I waited another 15 minutes for delivery & it was cold.
There are plenty of chicken places near me. I will order from them from now on. My time, money, satisfaction is important to me . I'm sorry it was not to this restaurant.

Visite du 2 février 2025 Nous avons 2 cartes cadeau. En juillet dernier je me présente au resto pour une commande & on me répond que la machine pour les cartes cadeau ne fonctionne pas Ce soir, la même histoire, personne ne sait quoi faire avec ces cartes, pourtant elles sont vendues par Benny... Alors il ne faut pas acheter les cartes de ce resto, car on ne peut pas les utiliser. Manque de respect pour les clients.

Le poulet était bien chaud les patates parcontre très froide & ce en recevant le repas un gros bémol pour les patates. La sauce à un goût particulier , ce qui rend différent.
