Bacon avec un arrière goût expiré. Frites froides. Je n'en reviens pas. 50$ pour une qualité absolument atroce!! Je n'exagere pas.
Ordered through drive threw live 7 minutes away from home ..... Boxes were hot chicken was warm fries were cold old & stale.... I ordered 4 family meals & 2 kids meals which is a lot & all orders fries were exactly the same unacceptable & the lady asked me what kind of coleslaw I would like for what reason I did not receive even 1 with any of the 6 meals .. very disappointed with my order also considering I ordered it for my grandmas birthday so she didn't have to cook & no one was happy 😕
Nous étions un groupe ! Je comprends que ca peut prendre un peu plus de temps mais là c'était le désastre total ! Le serveur a fait de son mieux mais la bouffe vraiment pas bon & tout était froid ! Mon hot chicken avait 2 tranches de pain avec 4 où 5 petit morceaux de poulet ,frites froide & raide environ 20 petits pois & la sauce très froide ! Ça pris 25 minutes pour 2 desserts ! 20 minutes avant d'avoir nos drinks ! Ils ont manqué de brochette donc quand tout le monde a été servi & fini de manger ils ont reçu leur assiette car le serveur n'a pas dit qu'il manquait de brochette à la prise de commande où même quand nous attendions . En plus que les assiettes sont arrivés très tard ils avaient des erreurs ! Mes amis ont commandé du vin dans des 1/4 & 1/2 L avec des verres très sales qu'ils ont même été obligé de canceller leur commande car c'était trop malpropre ils avaient mal au coeur ! & tout ce temps le manager est assis au Bar ??? Je ne retournerai jamais à ce resto & mes amis non plus !

Un vrai désastre hier soir, un groupe de 40 personnes, employé à ses débuts qui était vraiment pas expérimenté… tellement mêlé (pas le bon cocktail, une grosse heure avant d'avoir nos assiettes, la mienne c'était vraiment froid, pas de rondelles d'oignon, mon gendre avait commandé un steak avec des crevettes, oublié de le commander & en plus pas de crevettes, ils sont arrivés avec le mauvais gâteau 🤦🏻?♀?, je vous dit un vrai désastre en plus des fautes dans les factures… sérieux ils ont perdus notre groupe au complet
Ok so I ordered two quarter chicken meals via the drive through, when I get to the window to pay, I tap my card & noticed once I got the bill soemthing had gone wrong. The guy at the window brings me one box. I tell him where is the other box? He said' you ordered the meal with two legs'. I tell him no, I ordered the two meals leg. He replies saying no I was wrong & that's not what I told him... Ok so besides the fact that this guy was SUPER rude & condesending, I didn't say more & just said, it's ok can you just refund me the difference & give me the meals I wanted. He told me no, I had paid & it's too late... Ok this is where I really got insulted. I told him I wanted to talk to his manager. He leaves & comes back 2 minutes later & says that what she told him to do is charge me extra for a fry & a sauce. Now keep in mind they already charged me more then the 2 meals I wanted, & I told him no I'm not going to pay extra for something you already over charged me. So now I'm officially pisses.... I had to go park my car & enter the restaurant, & I asked for the manager. When the manager arrived, I explained the situation & she wanted to change me more. I then told her I didn't want anything & demanded a refund, which she didn't want. Then she argued with me that the price for the two meals was more then the price for the one meal... I literally had to point at the screen on the menu board to show her the dam price & that she was wrong... In the end she gave me the meals, but screwed me on the coleslaw. I was so pissed, they were being rude. I've worked in the public & these people have no clue how to deal with errors. Now if it was my error I would have shut up, but it was their fault, & they blamed me... Never ever again will I go to this place,& I will make sure everybody I know in the area knows about this too. Avoid this place like the plague....
Super service de lyne parcontre nos salade Bangkok avaient beaucoup trop de vinaigrette & le prix 70$ pour un dîner vraiment je sais pourquoi ca fait plusieurs années j'avais pas été au st hubert

Anytime we go to Quebec a stop at St-Hubert is a must. The chicken is always cooked just right & couldn't be more delicious. Our most recent stop was at this location at the express take out area. My French is sub par to say the least but the staff was very helpful in taking our order.. the wait time was not long at all & the guy even brought our order outside to us when it was ready. 5 stars for this location.
J'ai goûté au poulet frit & c'était délicieux. Très bon service de la part de Alex en salle à manger!
Seems like a pretty standard st Hubert flavour restaurant. Ordered the classic roast chicken with poutine as the side & got it with one piece of bread. Tasted pretty good too. The gravy was nice & tasty as usual.
The poutine was also pretty good as the chicken was crispy & the fries were yummy.
The atmosphere of the place was also pretty good. Both modern & clean.
