Nous venons souvent à ce restaurant soit pour takeout ou au service au volant & c'est toujours la même histoire: temps d'attente INTERMINABLE pour recevoir une commande. 20 minutes pour recevoir deux club sandwich en takeout, 1h15 pour recevoir un famillial 4 au service à l'auto, & j'en passe !
De plus, le service à la clientèle est très moyen avec des amies qui parlent à la fenêtre…
Mon amoureux a utilisé le service à l' auto. De retour à la maison... Une constatation, la moitié de la portion habituelle de frites. Est -ce-qu'on va être tenté d' y retourner 🥴? Absolument pas. Pour le même prix & beaucoup moins de nourriture... La réponse est NON

Nous sommes le 30 mars 2025 & il est approximativent 19h. Je suis ici assis au bar & selon la facture numéro 5497768-1 à la table 5, nous avons été servis par Audrey. Je suis avec ma femme pour seulement prendre un petit verre de vin & une bonne soupe a l'oignon afin de relaxer de notre journée assez chargée. Nous avons été servis par Audrey. Excellente serveuse, patiente, serviable, gentille, ma femme & moi voulions vraiment avoir une belle fin de soirée & ça été réussi grâce à Audrey. Merci Audrey & nous allons revenir te voir. Food: The food is fine; the chicken is decent, & the sauce is good, but the fries are very bad, honestly kind of shockingly bad considering it's basically fast food & they serve fries with almost everything but they're worse than any other chain's fries. Overall the food is serviceable but there's some problems, perhaps also a bit overpriced for what it is though everything is expensive nowadays. They regularly make mistakes in my orders which is another reason I will not be ordering from here again. For example, one time I ordered a poutine & they forgot the sauce, I just received a pile of fries & cheese with no sauce... Another time I ordered a regular chicken leg meal & a mille-feuille & they forgot the fries in my meal & gave me some kind of chocolate cake instead of the mille-feuille. The fries are bad but I'm still paying for them in the combo so I expect them to be there. Service: I haven't dined in at this location in a very long time so I can't speak on that front, but if you get it delivered, I really recommend NOT using St-Hubert's own delivery service, I've used it many times & it's just terrible. They always take VERY long, like usually more than an hour even if you live close to the restaurant, the food always arrives cold, & it's never "no contact delivery" regardless of what they tell you on their website, they will always wait for you at the door. I don't want to generalize too much because this might not be all of them, but several of the delivery people I've seen from here were also rude to me at the door. If the service is at least decent I generally give a standard 15% tip & give the people a good rating on whatever app I order from, but I refuse to be pressured into tipping by people who took forever to arrive, gave me cold food, sad fries, didn't do no contact delivery as the website said they would, & were rude to me at the door. One delivery person was just quiet & didn't say a single word to me at the door, didn't respond to what I said, & stood there for a little while before kind of slowly handing me the food, still without saying a word. A different delivery person angrily requested a tip at the door after taking more than an hour to deliver the food because I didn't do it beforehand online (finally decided to stop tipping online before my orders precisely because they always take so long here & don't do no contact anyways), they also grumbled about this after I said no. The delivery people taking so long might not be their fault, I'm assuming it's probably because of the restaurant, but it still results in a bad service & I have no good reason to pay extra for this, especially considering the rude behavior & everything else. If you order from Uber eats it's usually better; it's much faster & the delivery people generally follow instructions if you asked for "no contact delivery" or to wait at the door, & are nicer overall regardless of whether or not you tip a lot (at least from my experience), I would assume this is because they are incentivized to do good service since you can rate them in the app while the St-Hubert people just don't care about giving good service. It's also easier to get a refund through Uber eats than through St-Hubert delivery if they mess up the order by forgetting stuff or giving you the wrong things (which they often do).

Je recommande cet endroit, j'y vais quelques fois après avoir travaillé & je suis toujours bien servie! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, spécialement à la chère Mathilde qui rend l'expérience toujours unique & hors du commun! Hâte d'y retourner, la nourriture est excellente!
Il y a longtemps que je n'avais pas mis les pieds dans un Saint-Hubert. Ce fut une très belle expérience. Meilleur que dans mes souvenirs. La nourriture était bonne & notre serveuse Mathilde nous a fait passer un très bon moment. De nos jours, rare les serveurs qui sont attentifs aux petits détails & au bonheur des clients. À bientôt!
