Super pour les familles! Il y a une petite salle de jeu & une maquilleuse pour enfants vient à toutes les semaines. La nourriture est bonne aussi, j'ai adoré ma cuisse de poulet piri piri.

Le nouveau bol St-Hub est tellement bon, c'est frais & délicieux 😍😋 Un de mes coups de coeur du menu... vraiment génial.

Expérience absolument décevante au St-Hubert sur Lajeunesse. J'ai passé une commande en ligne pour ramassage & le délai indiqué était de 30 minutes. J'ai finalement attendu 1 h 30 de plus avant de recevoir ma commande.

Pendant toute cette attente, j'étais directement devant la cuisine & j'ai pu constater un sérieux manque d'organisation & de professionnalisme. Les cuisiniers riaient & discutaient alors que les commandes étaient clairement en retard - & ça n'inclut même pas tout ce que j'ai pu voir d'autre… 🤮

Au service au volant, Liliane semblait préférer faire la conversation, notamment pour obtenir des billets pour La Ronde à l'Halloween, plutôt que de s'occuper des commandes & des clients qui attendaient.

Après toute cette attente, la nourriture était froide & très mal préparée. Attendre aussi longtemps pour recevoir une commande dans cet état est complètement inacceptable.

En tant que personne qui travaille elle-même dans le service à la clientèle, je trouve cette expérience franchement honteuse & extrêmement décevante. À ce niveau-là, cet endroit devrait tout simplement fermer ses portes.
