About us
Rotisserie Chalet Bar-B-Q opened its doors in August 1944. Over the years we have built a legendary reputation for the best roast chicken in the world. This really is the connoisseur's choice! We selectively buy wholesale chicken, always fresh and plump. Our chickens are slowly roasted in brick kilns on real maple charcoal. We ensure that all our chickens are gold and crisp on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. When served with our famous home-made dipping sauce, nothing compares. Simply delicious. I was finally able to try out this local rotisserie, & it is fairly comparable to the others in the neighborhood or the larger chains. The menu is a little more limiting as it is only chicken, they specialize & they make a great rotisserie chicken, so you go here to have that. I would say that I did not love the gravy as much as other places & they do not include coleslaw in their take out order. I did find the chicken to be quite good, the leg or breast meal is probably what to go for as the hot chicken was less good when taken out. I did like that they deliver in a box, no cloth bags & that they only include cutlery when requested, so some nice eco practices. The delivery was also very fast. Overall, it is a good place to order from, very similar to the bigger chains but local.View more

Best chicken on earth plane & simple! So juicy & tender. The skin is to die for, tastes like charcoal hardcore. The fries are the best fries I've ever ate, the sauce & coleslaw too! I've been going to chalet bbq since I'm a young child, always stayed the same. The atmosphere is old & rustic, it has its charm, the waitresses are so nice.The ultimate comfort food!
