Been to this restaurant a few times. I love the atmosphere, the food & most of all the service. We sat on the terrace for the first time & it was great! Our server Dave was awesome. Would love if veggies on the plate were a little more grilled & had more flavor, other than that the food is very tasty!

I've had dinner at this restaurant before & thought how great it would be to have a small party here. The restaurant is beautiful. There is a beautiful terrace in the summertime & they have a very spacious private room if you need. The food is simply delicious. Loved every bite. Alexandru was the most professional & polite maitre d. From the initial email to the final goodbyes at the end of the night everyone was so friendly. This restaurant is perfect for a date night, a friend night out or a private event.

We had such a wonderful experience at Rosso Cielo in Laval. The food was really, really good, every single day!

For breakfast, we loved the Du Jardin, the yogurt bowl (coupe au yogourt), & the Crêpe Nutellissima. Each one was fresh & delicious. For dinner, we sat out on the beautiful terrace garden & enjoyed the chicken parmesan, pizza, & pasta, which was absolutely delicious.

A special thank you to Chef Imed, who we had the pleasure of speaking with directly. His passion for the food really shows in every dish. Thanks also to Supervisor Jonathan for making sure everything ran smoothly & for the great service throughout our stay.

Highly recommend Rosso Cielo for anyone visiting Laval. We enjoyed every single meal!

It was a great experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, & the staff was amazing.

They did move us from our original table, saying we hadn't been seated at the correct one. We were then placed at a round table right next to the terrace/kitchen door & told it was the'best table' in the restaurant… lol

Service was extremely slow. Our reservations were at 7:30 we didn't get our drinks tell 8:15
We ordered at 8:30 didn't get our meals till 9:30.
The blacken cod was not blackened & no taste.
The burger was really dry & after mentioning it to the waitress she offered us a limoncello shoot. Strange.
The terrace was beautiful & drinks were good

We visited on June 5 for dinner, a reservation for 6 people seated on the restaurants terrace.

First, I want to say that the food was excellent. Everything we ordered was delicious & perfectly prepared. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the kitchen.

Unfortunately, the service & overall experience did not match the quality of the food, especially considering the restaurant's higher price point.
There were several mistakes throughout the evening:
-Wine was accidentally spilled all over our table.
We ordered a bottle of wine, but were told it was unavailable.
-We then selected another bottle, which was brought to the table. However, the staff also brought an additional wine recommendation without clearly explaining why it was being offered, whether it was intended as an alternative, or what the price difference was. The communication around this was confusing.
-We ordered calamari/shrimp but were initially brought a soup instead.
-While we were still eating the calamari & there was still one piece left on the plate, a staff member removed it without asking if we were finished.
-We ordered a martini, but they were served in non-martini glasses. When we asked about it, we were told the restaurant did not have martini glasses. If a restaurant offers martinis, they should be served in appropriate glassware, especially at this price level.
-Another disappointing issue involved parking. We were told we would receive 3 hours of complimentary parking. However, when we returned to the parking garage, we still had to pay $22 despite being within the 3-hour limit. We're not sure what happened, but it added to the frustration.

The food was outstanding, but the service lacked attention to detail & professionalism. For a restaurant in this price range, I expected a much more polished & organized experience. I hope management addresses these issues because the kitchen is doing an excellent job, but the front-of-house experience needs significant improvement.

I want to begin this review by thanking Alexandre, Eduardo, & their team for allowing us & helping us to host our lovely friend's bridal shower here on September 21st, 2025.

We had to urgently & quickly pivot (a big thank to you Noémie for taking my call) - Rosso Cielo was ready to accommodate our intimate gathering in urban style & luxury.

The food was delicious - highly recommend the veal Milanese dish, hearty, generous, & rich. The drinks & cocktails were on point & well thought out.

The environment is chic, modern, open, & so beautiful. The small terrace we had booked for the bridal shower was simply perfect & we had the greatest time.

The team was very attentive to guidance & direction - kind, always with a smile. So very collaborative - I thank you all again.

Thank you Rosso Cielo - our bride was so incredibly moved with her shower - we all exceeded her expectations ! 🤍✨

Prix abordable pour une terrace & c'était délicieux. C'est des bon plats à partager. Le service est impeccable & l'ambiance est parfaite. Les serveurs & les gérants sont vraiment gentil & ça faisait longtemps je me suis pas senti autant bien traité dans un resto. Je recommande à 100% & c'est sûr que je reviens.
