RossoCielo Restaurant & Bar est largement apprécié pour sa cuisine savoureuse et généreuse, son cadre moderne et son ambiance chaleureuse, que l'on choisisse de dîner à l'intérieur, sur la terrasse ou sur le toit; le service est généralement attentif et professionnel et l'équipe sait accueillir et s'adapter lors d'événements privés ou de soirées romantiques; la carte offre des antipasti, des pâtes et des plats de mer remarquables, des desserts soignés et des cocktails bien pensés; les terrasses et la vue inspirent de belles expériences, notamment la terrasse du toit qui est souvent citée comme un point fort; quelques retours mentionnent des temps d'attente plus longs en période d'affluence ou des bémols sur certains plats ou desserts, mais l'ensemble pousse à revenir pour découvrir d'autres plats, profiter de l'ambiance et envisager d'autres occasions chez RossoCielo.
Everything was excellent: the atmosphere, the drinks, & the dinner.
The only thing that bothered us was that every few minutes one of the waiters would come & take a plate or a glass from the table. Finally, I told them,'Please leave everything as it is & let us enjoy our dinner.'
Entrée, plats principaux ainsi que le désert étaient superbe! Les drinks étaient simplement fantastique & la présentation des assiettes impeccable! Un énorme merci à notre serveur Eduardo pour avoir souligné l'anniversaire de mon copain & de nous avoir offert une magnifique soirée!

I want to begin this review by thanking Alexandre, Eduardo, & their team for allowing us & helping us to host our lovely friend's bridal shower here on September 21st, 2025.
We had to urgently & quickly pivot (a big thank to you Noémie for taking my call) - Rosso Cielo was ready to accommodate our intimate gathering in urban style & luxury.
The food was delicious - highly recommend the veal Milanese dish, hearty, generous, & rich. The drinks & cocktails were on point & well thought out.
The environment is chic, modern, open, & so beautiful. The small terrace we had booked for the bridal shower was simply perfect & we had the greatest time.
The team was very attentive to guidance & direction - kind, always with a smile. So very collaborative - I thank you all again.
Thank you Rosso Cielo - our bride was so incredibly moved with her shower - we all exceeded her expectations ! 🤍✨
The food was good, just took way too long,
Didn't appreciate putting 20% service because we were a group, especially because it was hardly worth 15%,
The manager or someone pretending to be, wouldn't let us go out to the terrace for 1 drink after supper because it was closing in 25min... we were 25 people, I guess he gets paid either way. So why bother, even if it wasn't full on a Saturday.
Concernant le resto. Nous étions un petit groupe sur la terrasse un samedi soir pour souper. Nous avons pris des plateaux à partager & c'était très bon. De plus le restaurant a été très accommodant (ajout d'extra, modification d'aliment). La serveuse était gentille & souriante. Il est vrai qu'on a attendu longtemps pour la nourriture, mais cela nous a pas dérangé on pouvais profiter de nos drinks sur la belle terrasse.
Concernant le Rooftop. Nous y allons régulièrement & sommes toujours satisfaits. Belle vue & bon drinks! Le gérant Philippe nous trouve toujours une place qui nous convient & il est amicale. Sans oublier notre serveuse (j'ai oublié son nom, mais elle est Dominicaine). Le propriétaire est loin d'être « rude » comme certain commentaires ont dit. C'était l'anniversaire de mon copain & il nous a apporté des cannolis même si la cuisine était fermée. Nous avons pris des shooters avec lui également. C'est le genre de petite attention qui fait gagner des points. Nous aimons toujours nos soirées là-bas & continuerons d'y aller. Le seul point negatif c'est que le DJ s'en va lorsqu'il pleut, celui-ci devrait être installé sous le toit en cas de pluie.
We were a little group of 3 girls, we sat on the terrace. The terrace was really nice & it is covered so you can sit outside even if it's raining. However, the service was horrible. If I could I would give it a 0 star. We were there at around 9 pm. The drinks we ordered took around 20 min for a glass of wine & 30 min for a dirty martini, each came at different times. The calamari appetizer arrived after that & it was cold. The manager was apologizing because they had a mess up with the tables but we never left or moved our table so I don't know why it would affect us. He did give us a second plate of hot calamari which does not seem like a compensation. The bare minimum is to give me what I ordered hot. He did say he was going to provide a digestive at the end to compensate but he never came to do that & we never got them. In addition, at the time we were there, it wasn't really packed, there were many empty tables & people were already eating so really not understandable why it would take so long. The main course came at around 10:30. It was ridiculous to wait all that time for food that was really average, nothing special. We ordered a Ceasar salad with chicken & a mushroom pizza. We wouldn't be going back that's for sure. I'm surprised a restaurant at the Marriott is actually so bad. Not worth the detour!
I do have to mention how in comparison the Terrace Cielo on the 10th floor is amazing! The staff & manager are very friendly, they go out of their way to accommodate you. We were there for a drink before, their drinks are delicious & the ambiance & views are very nice. They even had a DJ. The only negative point is it is not a covered terrace so when it started raining, we left. That's when we went down to the other restaurant.
We went to the terrace. It had nice vibes, although service a bit slow but super friendly. The drinks we had were good. I would go back for the views & the drinks. The food was just okay - we had fries & lobster rolls.

Je suis allé quelque fois prendre un verre sur la terrasse du 10ème étage. J'ai toujours eu une belle expérience, les drinks sont bons & la musique était bonne. Le service est rapide & les serveurs sont toujours sympathiques. Je recommande cet endroit!
Food was bland. I ordered the margarita pizza while my boyfriend got the Pollo. The pizza tasted like frozen pizza & had cheap cheese on it. The Pollo was ok, the chicken was slightly sour & the fries were bland. The service & atmosphere were nice but the food was less than ok. I would maybe only come back for drinks, food isn't worth it.
Over all experience at Rosso Cielo was amazing . The food was delicious (we had the burger , chicken , salmon & steak ... everything was cooked to perfection . Extremely tasty & the portion sizes are perfect ) the drinks were well made, our waitress was very nice & made sure we had everything we needed & even gave us suggestions on great desserts . The ambience is great & would definitely recommend & come back with friends & family.

I really enjoyed my food the three times I ate here during my stay. The service was good each time, & I had a nice view each time I was seated. Both the second floor outdoor seating & the rooftop terrace were really nice locations to enjoy some food & drinks. The rooftop had an exceptional view & was a nice spot to stay for a while.
We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is stunning, & everything is impeccably clean. Food We started with the salmon tartare as an appetizer, followed by the lamb chops for the main course. The portions were generous, & each dish was delicious, cooked to absolute perfection. Drinks The cocktails we ordered were expertly crafted, with the flavors perfectly balanced. Service Our server was fantastic-friendly, attentive, & went above & beyond to accommodate our allergies, ensuring we felt safe & well taken care of. The rooftop terrace adds a special touch, making this spot truly unique. Highly recommend, & we'll definitely be returning!
Good service, food, drinks & ambiance. Cant go wrong with classic Italian food that tastes delicious & a good selection of meats also. Restaurant & terrace are both beautiful. A great place for a date night or even to go out with friends or family. We will be back.
Food excellent service excellent & if you want good drinks after you eat go to the 10th floor where Alexandra & the staff make amazing drinks to finish off your night .we had a awesome experience can't wait to go again
Belle ambiance, magnifique vue & bonne bouffe. Le seul hic est le service. Je ne sais pas si c'est par manque de personnel ou incompétence mais attendre presque 1 heure pour 2 drinks, c'est exagéré. Je recommande quand même mais il faut être patient.
