RossoCielo Restaurant & Bar est largement apprécié pour sa cuisine savoureuse et généreuse, son cadre moderne et son ambiance chaleureuse, que l'on choisisse de dîner à l'intérieur, sur la terrasse ou sur le toit; le service est généralement attentif et professionnel et l'équipe sait accueillir et s'adapter lors d'événements privés ou de soirées romantiques; la carte offre des antipasti, des pâtes et des plats de mer remarquables, des desserts soignés et des cocktails bien pensés; les terrasses et la vue inspirent de belles expériences, notamment la terrasse du toit qui est souvent citée comme un point fort; quelques retours mentionnent des temps d'attente plus longs en période d'affluence ou des bémols sur certains plats ou desserts, mais l'ensemble pousse à revenir pour découvrir d'autres plats, profiter de l'ambiance et envisager d'autres occasions chez RossoCielo.
Superbe souper en amoureux. Chacun de nos plats étaient vraiment délicieux. Je recommande vivement les arancini en entrée! Nous avons adoré les cocktails également.
Service vraiment exceptionnel & nous avons pu prendre notre temps pour l'apéro, les entrées & le repas sans jamais se sentir bousculé.
Le menu sur place était légèrement différent que celui du site internet car il venait de changer.
I want to begin this review by thanking Alexandre, Eduardo, & their team for allowing us & helping us to host our lovely friend's bridal shower here on September 21st, 2025.
We had to urgently & quickly pivot (a big thank to you Noémie for taking my call) - Rosso Cielo was ready to accommodate our intimate gathering in urban style & luxury.
The food was delicious - highly recommend the veal Milanese dish, hearty, generous, & rich. The drinks & cocktails were on point & well thought out.
The environment is chic, modern, open, & so beautiful. The small terrace we had booked for the bridal shower was simply perfect & we had the greatest time.
The team was very attentive to guidance & direction - kind, always with a smile. So very collaborative - I thank you all again.
Thank you Rosso Cielo - our bride was so incredibly moved with her shower - we all exceeded her expectations ! 🤍✨

Le service a été très lent, on a dû rappeler plusieurs fois a notre serveuse que j'attendais un cocktail qu'elle avait oublié de commander, puisque le desk manager nous a dit que rien n'était en attente ... meme histoire pour les pains qui complétaient notre entrée qui ont été malencontreusement donné a une autre table, sans oublié l'os de poulet retrouvé dans ma salade césar.
Bref l'ambiance est agréable mais tout le reste est vraiment ordinaire, surtout quand tu entends ta serveuse demander au desk si elle a le droit de nous offrir la consommation tant attendu & que celui ci refuse, notez que notre table a consommer pour plus de 350 $
Que dire de cette merveilleuse place! Le service: digne d'un hotellerie, la nourriture: EXCELLENT & rapide! & evidemment le service est plus que parfait! Je recommande à tous!! Le parking est gratuit en plus ! It's a must! Nous avons pris strawberry prosseco, le gin vert (dans les cocktails signatures), crevettes & calmars frits, pizza au champignons & pates au homard! UN VRAI DELICE😍 Ghassan is the best!
Tout ce que j'ai commandé était d'une qualité exceptionnelle & délicieusement savoureux. En toute honnêteté, ce n'était pas ma première visite dans ce restaurant & l'expérience m'a donné envie d'y retourner pour célébrer l'anniversaire de ma mère hier, le 25 décembre. Nous avons commandé le Misto Alla Cielo & deux cocktails, un Amaretto Sour & un Strawberry Aperol. C'était un véritable délice ! Ma mère a même eu droit à un dessert gratuit pour l'occasion, elle a choisi le formaggio di leche. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
Went on a date night with my wife I had heard great things !! First off the place was beautiful & the outside the terrace was stunning. The service was great & recommended the sharing platters . It didn't disappoint it was delicious & had abit of everything. Seafood & mixed meats . The cocktails & wine recommendation were also on point. We have definitely discovered our new place in the Laval area !!!
We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is stunning, & everything is impeccably clean. Food We started with the salmon tartare as an appetizer, followed by the lamb chops for the main course. The portions were generous, & each dish was delicious, cooked to absolute perfection. Drinks The cocktails we ordered were expertly crafted, with the flavors perfectly balanced. Service Our server was fantastic-friendly, attentive, & went above & beyond to accommodate our allergies, ensuring we felt safe & well taken care of. The rooftop terrace adds a special touch, making this spot truly unique. Highly recommend, & we'll definitely be returning!

J'adore ça ici. Les cocktails sont bons & originaux, je recommande le spritz st germain, très rafraîchissant. Pour la nourriture, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper avec la mozzarella di bufala, les arancini servi avec pesto mayo & les côtelettes d'agneau ou les gnocchis à la Gigi! Apres le souper (ou avant) ça vaut la peine d'aller au 10e pour un cocktail avec une très belle vue la fin de semaine quand c'est ouvert.
We first visited Rosso Cielo in mid April for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by gracious staff. Seated by the windows of their gorgeous dining room. The cocktails were very well made! The menu offered many options from appetizers, including the most fantastic Mozzarella di Bufala from a local Quebec producer. The gnocchi were some of the best I've had in a restaurant. We also enjoyed the pizza with a crispy crust & very cheesy, well seasoned calamari, etc! Our second visit took place during the grand opening in June, which truly highlighted the very best of the restaurant. Showcasing the back terrace & rooftop cocktail lounge! The signature cocktails & canapés were abundant! We stayed for supper to try more of the menu items & they were one better than the other. Arancini, sliders, thick cut fries, bresaola focaccia & pasta Bolognese. This inspired my cousin to book her wedding reception at Rosso Cielo which was celebrated this past weekend. What a treat! 115 guests seated on the elegantly decorated terrace. The food & service were wonderful! A variety of canapés, a grazing table featuring so many different bites! An exceptionally curated menu of grilled octopus, fresh tomato sauce pasta with stracciatella. Fillet mignon & lobster tail surf & turf. The midnight sweet table complete with fresh pizza, arancini, ricotta stuffed fritters, Nutella bomboloni & a chocolate fountain! Sunday, we returned for a brunch on the terrace. We were served a selection of eggs benedict, bacon, sausage, pancakes & waffles! Fresh orange juice, viennoiseries & fruit! We then spent the afternoon on the rooftop enjoying cocktails & the incredible views. I could go on & on! A huge thank you to the exceptional staff, that made an effort accommodate our every need. Looking forward to our next visit, as Rosso Cielo has become a family favourite!

Quel restaurant! Tout était parfait! Les cocktails, la nourriture & que dire de la magnifique terrasse au 10e étage! Si vous êtes de Laval ou des environs, le détour est essentiel! Le maître d'hôtel Jonathan a tout fait pour nous faire sentir chez nous

Ce restaurant est dans ses débuts. Malheureusement pas encore rodé dans tous les sphères qui touche à la une belle expérience culinaire. Service , cocktails, nourriture, ingrédients .... à peine passable. Cuisine sans âme. Pour ceux que la nourriture n'est pas une passion, ça passe. Peut-être à re visiter après quelques mois mais certainement pas pour maintenant. Grande fenêtre qui crée belle luminosité dans le restaurant .
Wow, Rosso Cielo seriously knows how to make a dinner special! My wife & I were there last night & right from the get-go, it felt like we were in for a treat. The place has a great vibe to it. Appetizers first - they were just amazing! You can really tell they put a lot of love & thought into making them. Now, the main event - the NY steak. It was cooked to perfection, exactly how I wanted it. Juicy, flavorful, & just plain delicious. It's like they knew exactly what I was craving & nailed it! We're totally looking forward to when they open their terrace outside. Can't wait to enjoy cocktails & another great meal under the sky with a terrific view of Laval & Montreal!
We really enjoyed our dinner at Rosso Cielo! From the moment we got there, service was attentive, our cocktails were very good. We shared the burrata caprese, ingredients were fresh, great combination of taste. As mains, gnocchi alla Gigi & pasta alla carbonara with black truffle, both were full of flavors! Yummy cannoli for dessert. Great experience all around! Can't wait for summer to enjoy what promises to be a wonderful rooftop terrasse in Laval!
Great food quality & value with amazing bar & cocktails, an awesome & refined service team!!! Has an outstanding view with floor to ceiling windows all around; also unique place to Laval soon to come in summer a big terrace adjecent to the restaurant/bar, aswell another even greater & a first for Laval; a huge rooftop terrace patio!!!
