Can in Friday afternoon to grab a quick burger & the gentlemen at the cash was beyond generous! Small gestures that goes a long way & sincerely wish their business to flourish to another level. Keep it up!
We came last minute before the restaurant closed. However, the staff welcomed us with generosity & kindness, even though it was clear they were quite tired. Out of all sandwiches in all restaurants, this was clearly the best one we've eaten. It was delicious, stuffed with delicious smoked meat & the fries were just perfect. We'll come again!!!

I don't usually write negative reviews, but I feel like this one is deserved.
My girlfriend & I decided to try this smoked meat restaurant last night because we'd heard good things. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match the price.
I ordered the *club smoked meat sandwich*, & when it arrived, my plate had **barely any meat**. I actually hesitated & almost took a picture because I couldn't believe how little there was. The second half of the sandwich looked like something my little brother would throw together at home.
I've worked in a kitchen before, & honestly, I would feel embarrassed serving a plate like that - especially at **$25 for a sandwich with only fries**. This wasn't what I'd call a club sandwich, & it definitely wasn't worth the price.
To be fair, the smoked meat itself tasted good, but nothing special enough to justify the portion size or the cost. I didn't even bother asking for a replacement because at that point, the experience was already disappointing.
Overall, I left feeling like I wasted my money, which is a shame because I really wanted to like this place.

We tried, for the first time, ordering take out (via Uber Eats): While I paid for the smoke meat poutines, we got the regular poutines when we got home :(
The music is so loud in such a small place that you can't hear the person you're talking with. The guy taking out order could barely hear us we had to bend over the counter & he still didn't get our order right. We ordered a smoked meat poutine & he gave us a trio smoked meat with a poutine on the side. (I validated twice with him yet he didn't understand) the toilets are DISGUSTING. There's bodily fluids all over the seat & under it (the seat is always up since its 1 bathroom for everyone) but there's so much FILTH & dried pee & its clear it's not done before or after their shift. Nasty.
Please beware of their false advertising with a misleading & deceptive picture of the trio on uber showing the pickles & coleslaw. They are NOT in the trio.

We've been to this Brossard location a few times. The smoke meat is very good & the fries are great too, especially the sweet potato fries, for a little extra. The service is very quick & friendly. My only two negative comments were that the rye bread was very dry, considering they make sandwiches all day, it should be fresh. In the past, we've enjoyed the music that plays in the restaurant, rather loudly, considering it's a'Rockin' deli, which was classic rock. On this occasion it appeared to be Parisian French tunes playing the whole time we were there which certainly were not'Rockin'. Because the music plays loudly while you're eating, it ruined the vibe & we couldn't wait to get out of there.
Fourth visit to this location & like the previous visits the food was excellent...well prepared, presented & hot. Will definitely return. My only other comment is the music did not live up to the name this time. In previous visits the music was great to listen to while we ate & this time I must say it was pretty lame...definitely could do better!

Ambiance un peu froide, chaise dures en bois. Personnel très courtois & à l'écoute
