I'm not here to talk about the food because honestly, it was pretty tasty.

FYI :i'm adding my review on different location to avoid getting the employee in trouble

What really stood out to me was my conversation with one of the employee, super nice guy who genuinely seemed to care about giving customers a great experience.

I asked him if he preferred getting the tip in cash or by card, & he told me it didn't matter because the owner takes everything.

If that's true, that's seriously messed up.

To the owner: if you're really taking your employees' tips, you should be ashamed. Those tips belong to the people who earned them through their hard work. Stop taking advantage of honest workers & give them what they deserve.

Your staff earned those tips , not you.

Une expérience franchement décevante au Rock'n Deli Brossard.
Le pain était froid, la viande sans goût & servie froide elle aussi. Frites sans commentaires. Je ne parle pas de l'espèce de cloaque dans lequel étaient les cornichons...
Résultat : deux sandwichs impossibles à finir.
& payer près de 50 $ pour ça… c'est inacceptable.

La meilleure expérience que j'aie vécue depuis longtemps ! Le Royal Burger était généreusement garni de viande fumée juteuse, de laitue fraîche & croquante & de tomates. Les frites de ma poutine étaient cuites à la perfection & le burger au poulet croustillant avec son fromage suisse fondu est un incontournable ! J'y retournerai sans hésiter à chaque fois que je passerai dans le centre commercial ! Je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience positive & un excellent repas ! Très belle expérience chez Rokn Deli ! Le restaurant est propre, accueillant & l'ambiance est vraiment agréable. Un grand bravo au cuisinier 👨?🍳 : les plats étaient délicieux, bien présentés & pleins de saveurs. On sent la passion dans chaque assiette ! Je recommande vivement

I've never seen a restaurant so disorganised. The guy doing burgers & club took 2 breaths in between each of his actions & they could not keep up on which order was done or missing. Huge mess in there…

Yesterday we went to Promenades Saint Bruno & we stopped at food court to eat & since my husband eat halal he tried smoked meat & I tried the chicken crispy hamburger. It was Horrible!!!! The fries was cooked with old oil you can smell it , my 15 months old got a bite from my fries he started vomiting in the car back to home . Me ? I had food poisoning , I am dying , I rarely comment on business but sometimes some business just pushes me to write about my experience.

Please guys don't go there save your money …

My partner & I went to rock n deli promenades a few months ago, got an AMAZING sub full & overflowing of smoked meat & veg, so we decided to order them on Uber Eats this time from the same location, only to be utterly disappointed how it came. Empty, full of basically solely mushrooms & like a few pieces of smoke meat. Literally shame to this establishment 22$ for the sub in the picture. Disgusting.
