J'ai acheté une tarte à 40$. On nous a interdit de nous asseoir à une table pour en manger une part, disant que lorsqu'on achète une tarte complète, c'est pour emporter seulement. La salle à manger était vide. Je n'y retournerai plus!

Les prix ont beaucoup augmenté les parts de gâteaux sont plus petites qu'avant ce n'est plus intéressant. & puis au Costco maintenant il y a la croustade bleuet/gâteau fromage qui est excellente avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable!

Je suis profondément déçu par le service offert par Rockaberry. En tant que cliente fidèle depuis plusieurs années, j'ai toujours apprécié la qualité de leurs gâteaux. Cependant, lors de ma récente visite, j'ai été confronté à une expérience désagréable. Mon conjoint s'est rendu en magasin pour acheter un gâteau, demandant spécifiquement un shortcake pour mon anniversaire. Le vendeur, un homme portant des lunettes, lui a informé que Rockaberry ne vendait plus de gâteaux en entier. Mon conjoint, dont la maîtrise de l'anglais est limitée, a quitté le magasin découragé, ayant perçu du vendeur des expressions de dégoût & des soupirs dirigés vers lui. À sa sortie du magasin, il a observé un autre client sortir avec un gâteau en entier. Mon conjoint est donc retourné dans le magasin pour clarifier la situation, mais le vendeur a continué de le traiter avec mépris. Ce niveau de service est inacceptable, surtout en 2026! Cet endroit ne mérite même pas une étoile !
