Bad customer service. Pre-ordered a cake on Sunday by phone to be picked up for Tuesday. Made sure to make the person on the phone to confirm 5 times the cake selection, pick up date & time. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up, the man at the counter just replies'there must have been a misunderstanding'.

I showed him the number I called, date & time, even the duration of the call. His only reply was'there is no cake under your name'.

Didn't even bother to offer me another pie or anything...

Arrogant & worst service ever.

This is the worst restaurant/service is 0 honestly was served by the owner !! Get there with 3 friends & get told we CANNOT only order 2 pcs of pies & 1 drink & when we asked why ?? Can't we share here?? We are answered that this establishment is a high end restaurant & not a hang out !! What a joke & no professionalism what's so ever ! & this is the owner !! & she's giving us 2 minutes to change our minds & if we can't afford to order 4 items then we are not at the right place !! What?? The place was empty - I wonder why ?? I expressed myself & gladly told her why her restaurant is empty !! Long story short: DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED $$ there they DON'T deserve it ! My review a big fat 0

My fav all time dessert place!

The only thing I would mention is that the portions are not standardized. Sometimes, as a client, we may'feel' like we are getting a smaller piece, (especially with the price of one slice) but it may be just a feeling.

The taste is alway on point!

I ordered the apple crumb cheesecake pie for pickup on February 14. The apples in the pie were completely raw & when I picked it up all the cakes had hearts for valentine's day except for mine. I am very disappointed.

Stopping in for a piece of pie they where sold
Out we still sat down order
Regular coffee it was Terrible tasted like water
How did the service get so bad? I would put 0 however google does not have that option. I dont recommend this location.
