Rockaberry reviews present a mixed but generally positive picture, with friendly and attentive service in many visits and a strong reputation for pies and desserts. Pies and desserts are frequently praised for flavor and portion size, with the apple crumble and key lime pie noted as standout options, though the apple crumble has been undercooked on some visits. On the downside, some dishes such as a tuna wrap or simple salads can feel dry or lacking in flavor, and service can be slow or inconsistent. Prices are sometimes cited as high for the value, though portions are large enough to share and there are reliable takeout options and coffee. The atmosphere is described as warm and cozy with good vibes for conversations or casual visits, though high ceilings in one location can make the room quite noisy. Across visits, staff are noted for warmth and helpfulness, contributing to memorable moments even when meals miss the mark. Overall Rockaberry remains a destination for dessert lovers and comfortable cafe experiences, with strong praise for pies and desserts alongside occasional inconsistencies in food and value.
We were a group of 6 people. We waited 25 min to be served & only because I had to go to the front to ask for someone to come take our order. Once they brought our order no one ever came back to see if everything was ok. 2 people in our group did not get their order so we had to go to the front again to tell them that we were missing 2 orders. We had to go to the cash for our bill, no one told us that & waited a while & they had no idea what to do. Very young staff, no customer service!
Nice sandwiches & great dessert. I had Rasberry chocolate cheese cake. Only one server but he manage to serve us ans the rest of the people, very polite & helpful. Too bad I forget to take pictures of our whole order.

good for a dessert if you did not get a meal, but the slices are huge so beware. Quality wise, it is decent but very sugary, I would love some options not so full of sugar, or even a bit of something else, as the menu is pretty limited.
I love the atmosphere, nice place to have a conversation while you tried delicious dessert l, capuchino, sangrias. Excellent place to meet your friends

The cheese pie is all cream with a very thin layer of graham cracker base. It is so heavy & sweet that I wasn't able to finish it. Unfortunately we took a full pie. I should of tasted a slice before purchasing a whole pie! 😕
Ordered a slice of cake for take out, opened the box & it looked like it had been sat on. Asked for a new slice & was given the smallest slice I’ve ever been served at Rockaberry’s. Not what I expect after paying over $10 for a slice 🚮
